“spoke to a call girl called Anna on live chat as one of my parcel did not arrive, sold out. she was very helpful and funded me for my missing item. gave 4 stars as would have been nice to know that what i had orderd was out of stock before ordering and paying fir it”

“Ordered from here but sadly it did not turn up, went onto the Chatline and spoke to Sam and he was very helpful and informed me that my order had been lost (I chose refund instead of another item), processed my refund straight away so even though I did not receive my package the customer service was very helpful, will order off here again as previous experience has been amazing”

“I talked to Lauren about my order taking longer than it should and she was extremely nice and helpful. Also because of the delays of COVID 19 I understood it would take longer for my items to arrive. I am still waiting on my items but Lauren helped me track my items and made me feel heard.”

“I spoke with Yasmin via live chat regarding my order which I am still waiting to recieve. It has been about 3x weeks now but I totally understand there are a few delays due to Covid-19. Yasmin was very quick to reply and helpful. She advised my order was still on it's way and to apologize for the delay offered to refund my freight cost. Great customer service just hoping I will receive my order shortly and that it dosent get lost in transit.”

“Apart from a bit of delayed shipping, the dress I ordered was perfect. I ordered the red floral satin sweetheart bardot mini dress, which was good quality, made of thick material, fit perfectly, and overall gorgeous and shapewear which was as expected. The dress was a little bit constricting, but that is understandable considering the style. I ordered it to the US, so my package was stuck at customs for a few days and delayed the shipping a little. However, it still came on time, and the live chat was helpful in predicting when the package would arrive. Overall, I would order from Missguided again.”

“I like their selection of clothing. The problem is if you need to return anything you better bring a big wallet! I returned a small parcel today and it cost me 13.00 to ship it back. What a ripoff! I shop ASOS Company and their shipping and refund are free, plus I get 2 day shipping by UPS. Talk about a deal. If they don’t want to pay for the shipping cost hide it in the price of the clothing being ordered. Needless to say I think ASOS will be getting my business and not Missguided. Sorry guys!!”

“There is always new items on the site to choose from and ordering via the app makes life so much easier. Also there is always some kind of promotional offer on the app which I love and definitely encourages me to continue shopping there!”
