Huge thank you to Lauren, who finally sorted my problem, because I received only half of the refund, and other support worker, unfortunately I didn’t remember his/her hard and long name, told me that the problem is with my bank and couldn’t get deeper into the problem and look at the prices and understand, that refund wasn’t full. THANKS TO LAUREN, who finally done that for me, and sent other half of refund!!!

Ordered from here but sadly it did not turn up, went onto the Chatline and spoke to Sam and he was very helpful and informed me that my order had been lost (I chose refund instead of another item), processed my refund straight away so even though I did not receive my package the customer service was very helpful, will order off here again as previous experience has been amazing

I talked to Lauren about my order taking longer than it should and she was extremely nice and helpful. Also because of the delays of COVID 19 I understood it would take longer for my items to arrive. I am still waiting on my items but Lauren helped me track my items and made me feel heard.

I wanted to return an item as it was too big. But when I tried purchasing it in a smaller size I noticed it was going to cost me more than what I originally paid for it. I got onto their web chat service and spoke to an agent called Yasmin who was so helpful and told me to purchase the new item and they will refund me the difference.

I spoke with Yasmin via live chat regarding my order which I am still waiting to recieve. It has been about 3x weeks now but I totally understand there are a few delays due to Covid-19. Yasmin was very quick to reply and helpful. She advised my order was still on it's way and to apologize for the delay offered to refund my freight cost. Great customer service just hoping I will receive my order shortly and that it dosent get lost in transit.

This was an absolutely horrible experience and I will never be shopping here again. The package took about three weeks to come in even though it said 4-8 business days. When my clothes came in, the packaging was very dirty and smelled weird. The clothing smelled even worse. The fabric was absolutely horrible and looked NOTHING like the picture. They even got my sizes wrong in both pieces of clothing. The sweatpants that I ordered were baggy and just looked bad overall. Honestly, shopping at shein is way better in my opinion.

The quality of the clothes are absolutely horrible! The dress I received was so rough and wrinkly- the fabric was so low quality and cheap! I will never order from here or recommend it to others!

garbage. in every order they send something defective and once even the wrong item. they keep marking the value of their products wrong which then forced me to pay duties on their garbage items - what do they do for compensation ? codes that don't work! their customer service is useless, they leave you waiting for long minutes for nothing - they have no empathy and don't even try to help. even though fashion nova doesn't refund like they do - you get your moneys worth.. do not shop misguided.

I have previously order from them and it was ok. On this occasion I decided to check out their clothes again, however, I received a similar item to what I ordered online difference is it was the wrong size, not what I wanted and it had a Brave Soul tag!!!!
