“I had a pair of shoes that unfortuatly broke after I only wore them twice. the customer service team were really good at helping me sort out a return outside the return period. all I had to do was organise Hermes pick up with the returns label they had sent me and the following day send my proof of purchase receipt over and within minutes one of the operates Alisha organised my refund to be processed within 3-5 working days to save me having to wait until it gets back to their warehouse before I received my refund. overall I feel as through the customer service team at misguided really helped me arrange how to send back my order and ensure I got a refund for the damaged good.”

“Been over a month since I placed my order and still hasn’t arrived. I messaged customer service and all I got was an $8 credit back for shipping. Still haven’t received the package”

“spoke to a call girl called Anna on live chat as one of my parcel did not arrive, sold out. she was very helpful and funded me for my missing item. gave 4 stars as would have been nice to know that what i had orderd was out of stock before ordering and paying fir it”

“Package took a month to arrive, and customer support was not helpful at all. Clothing was poor quality so had to return and spend an extra $8 to return. So basically I’m out of pocket money for a horrible experience and no clothes. Will never order from them again.”

“This company is great, their costumer service is amazing, I had an issue with a parcel that was delivered to another address because I mistakenly wrote it wrong, but I spoke with Anna over the chat and she solved the problem quickly by sending me a new order. I wouldn’t expect it but I was amazed. Thank you so much Anna. Also the next day delivery service is amazing. 5 stars from me. Order with confidence!”

“My order was lost and I was left aggravated because I was so excited to receive my order. I contacted the help chat and talked to Yasmin who was great. I was upset because my package was uploaded to be here and it wasn’t and Yasmin helped me immediately and was nice and sweet the entire time. The three stars is for how amazing Yasmine was to deal with, but I don’t have my package yet so that is why it’s not 5 stars.”
