“They list better quality materials on the website, but the actual item you get has different materials and looks nothing like tha picture. You also have to pay for returns.”

“I brought a dress in two different sizes to see what fit would be best. One of the dresses had a faulty/broken return ribbon. Spoke to Sam on live chat who helped me and told me I could still return the item and get a refund because it was faulty.”

“The top I bought had a hole in it. I contacted customer service and unfortunately they couldn't send a new one when it was out of stock. But they helped me get all the money back for the top. Sad with a broken top, but happy with the service I received.”
