“I've just had a live chat convo with Anna, who within minutes helped me with a refund request - when I didn't receive the full amount back last month. She was really quick and issued the fully requested refund within minutes and I was really appreciative.”

“I've shopped at Missguided many times and I'm always so happy with my orders. Fast shipping and easy return except for now, when I haden't recieved my money back for my return for a while. I contacted their customer support and got to speak to Lucy, who was so helpful and fixed my problem within 10 min. Amazing clothing and great service :)”
