I know a lot of people have a bad experience with missguided as is shown by all the comments I see on instagram and online. However, I think missguided is perfectly adequate. I know they're not perfect but I think maybe people have too high an expectation. Obviously missg isn't going to be answering emails within 2 minutes because who does?! I have been shopping here for over 2 years and this has included ordering, refunding, talking to customer assistance etc etc. I always got a proper refund if I needed, and the clothes were a good standard. Price:quality ratio is very acceptable in my eye, I never expect their clothes to be the best quality but having said that I have a pair of denim shorts that are still going strong, about 10 dresses/tops/skirts still fine. The only thing that actually broke was a top with chains for straps and I'm pretty sure it was my own fault. Overall, I think if you're a bit more patient and learn the tricks for this site i.e. never order next day delivery (it doesn't ever come next day), then you will have a better experience. :)

WARNING: Do not order from them, whatever you do. They don't have any customer service at all and their "express shipping" is a joke. If you're ordering something for a special event, like me, do not order from Missguided. I can't speak towards the quality of the products, but that's because my order hasn't left their warehouse yet. Don't waste your time and energy.

AWFUL. do not buy from here. Their clothes look nothing like what they are on the website. Whatever I buy I end up spending £6 to £10 in postage and packaging and additional fees to return the poor quality and faulty items. I always end up returning everything. I have now vowed never to buy anything from this site again.

this is really awful service ive order a dress paid for next day delivery no item no tracking nothing all 2 days i have been waiting missguided is misleading people! !!!!!!! THIS IS BAD SERVICE never again!

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE FROM THIS SITE! The only available delivery option yesterday was a Sunday delivery at £5.99 which I assumed they would refund because it wasn't even a Sunday AND I qualified for FREE NEXT DAY delivery but that wasn't an option at the checkout! And I don't even know when I will be getting my items! I assumed I could have this delivery charge refunded as it didn't apply to my order but they have refused it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. WORST customer service I have ever experienced

I paid 4.99 for next day delivery on a top that I had bought from them. I ordered it on wed night and hoped it would be sent out to me by Friday at the latest ... One week on and it has still not been delivered!!!! With the postage price higher than other online shops you would expect better service. Very dissapointing and will not be ordering from them again!!!

I never write reviews but for now his site I'm going to, I was checking out with my items the site kept telling me my card was invalid && there was a problem with my order, I tried twice and gave up the check my card balance && the site charged me twice for both transactions it was telling me failed !! I message the customer service email && you get someone new every time you respond who acts like they know nothing about what was going on asking for *extra* information. I was just a lot of back and fourth I eventually got my money back 2 1/2 weeks later. although it didn't take them 21/2 weeks to take my Money && lie about it. I will never order again !!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible service, they send the wrong sizes and after sending the product back YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. I will NEVER order from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I received my order 2 days ago and they sent me the WRONG SIZES. I emailed them about it and they told me I can send the clothes back for a refund BUT NOW I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE. PLUS I had to pay $32 to fedex for customs fees to even get the clothes. AVOID THIS COMPANY, they will make mistakes and ask you to pay for it afterwards. I was so excited to wear my birthday outfit but now I’ll have to spend even more money for a new outfit. SO DISAPPOINTING.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE...I ORDERED A TOP IN FEB. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE, I SENT IT BACK IN EXCHANGE FOR A NEW ITEM AND HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE ITEM OR MY MONEY AND IT IS NOW THE END OF MARCH GOING INTO APRIL. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN.

This company is horrible. The product is not at all what is shown on the website. The customer services is slow and unhelpful. Overall would never order from them again. My dress came and there was a defect and the quality of the material was horrible.

I have found the service appalling, firstly my order was delivered to the wrong address and secondly I still haven't recieved my refund for my returned item. I am sick to death of this ongoing problem

This company is awful. They sent me incorrect item and I sent it back and now they are issuing me with partial refund!! Like wtf!! I have had to contact my bank to reverse the transaction! Disgraceful customer service!! Never again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS!! They will email you back and forth pretending that there was a mix up and your items never dispatched from the ware house they will create a FedEx label for shipping and then cancel it. You will never get your stuff STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

I ve ordered an items from Missguided...after all the reviews I ve read was reeeaaaalllyyy worried cause there was not a single positive review. I maybe was the lucky one but as I ve paid for the next day delivery, I really got it, the item was ok....not that bad...anyway...i ve sent it back for the refund and within a 3days received an email the item is back in a warehouse and 2 days later another email, my refund will appear in my account within a 3-5days....i don t think it s such a bad service..i was really surprised after all the bad reviews....but as I said. Maybe it s just about the luck.....anyway 5* for Missguided...so...good luck to everyone!!!

Missguided are only getting one star because that's the minimum permitted. If I could leave no stars, I would do. Item arrived late on Monday, despite paying extra for a Saturday delivery on the previous Wednesday. The item was returned for a refund using the returns label provided - and was returned to us with no explanation two weeks later. I complained to Missguided and got no reply. Having left a poor review on Trustpilot, I received a reply promising that our case would be examined quickly. Like hell - we haven't heard a thing since. These people cannot be trusted - DO NOT USE MISSGUIDED unless you have a psychological impairment that can only be alleviated by being fleeced by scumbags.

They are complete SCAMMERS!!! If you live in the US DO NOT order from here!! I ordered two dresses Feb.2 and was expecting them for Vday it is now Mar2 and haven't received a THING!! I asked for a refund they claim they gave me a refund and they HAVE NOT! And on top of that my bank told me my information has been 'compromised'! THANK YOU MISSGUIDED For a COMPLETE HEADACHE! I have never had such a horrible experience! The customer service is AWFUL they could care less!!! BTW they don't have a phone number everything is through email! BEWARE...I wasted over a $100.00 and didn't receive my money or parcel!

The Worst Service ever!!! You will be charged customs fees as much as a half of your order, even if you return most of the items back! The company doesn't care about it! Because it's not their problem! They won't even notify you about any fees..oh and they are sorry that you didn't read it from their website. The company doesn't care about you!!!
