“ Ordered item for next day delivery I got sent the wrong size, miss pap refusing to refund me the next day delivery fee saying nothing was wrong with the delivery!! I explained I paid next day because I needed the shoes the next day and after receiving the incorrect size this has inconvenienced me and the shoes is no longer needed! ”
