“After my first box I ask if i was able to send back since there wasn't anything useful in the box and they said no. I should have cancelled at that time but I was hoping the next box would be better, not so much. I ended up getting 3 boxes and used maybe 2 items so it didn't all go to waste. I would recommend being able to choose items from the box or choose if you want to keep that box. Or market to younger brides. Maybe just a more specific demo. I am 36 and this did happen during COVID pandemic. We did still get married but the boxes just didnt do anything for me. Maybe for a younger audience.”

“I have enjoyed this so much! I look forward to the arrival off my next box each month. The items have been helpful and of good quality. Every box is amazing but I think that the box that I have enjoyed so far is the Keep calm and plan on. I have been beyond pleased with the quality of the items and the customer service when I have reached out to them. Everyone that I have dealt with has been professional and have addressed the issues / questions within a timely manner. “I bought this subscription for my friend as a birthday present. These boxes have been extra meaningful during this time as her bridal shower has been cancel and we are currently unsure if her wedding will happen.
