“My daughter really enjoyed getting her box and all the neat items in it. I was charged for the 2nd box 3 weeks ago and the 2nd box still has not arrived. Highly disappointed. They are saying the tracking was messed up but it has nothing to do with the tracking. Box is late!!”

“Not what I thought it was going to be. Wish I could cancel it. The items are a little cheap and some have already broke. Also my shirt size is wrong, I dont Think I would Ever order a small/medium as I have been a large/xl my whole life”

“I originally write a 5 star review until I never received a box and they couldn’t refund me, they just knocked off shipping cost for the next few boxes, which is fine....but it won’t even out to the cost of the box I never received. I then received my next box and now another is on the way and has been sitting in a facility for literally a week and hasn’t budged...a sure sign that I will Not get this box either. I never got the missing box and I probably won’t get this one which means, indeed this is not a 5 star company and only a 2 star. Sorry but especially now, if I made a financial commitment to you, you should be making a financial. Commitment to me and treat my finances with respect. Whole the product is cute, it’s not worth the headache it has caused waiting to see if I waisted 36 dollars every month.”

“The only wearable item that was plus size friendly was the robe. The garters are way too small and the shoes don't fit either. Overall, pretty disappointed with the box when some of the bigger more pricey items don't work out. Im a size 16/18, which is pretty average amongst the plus size community, so very disappointed with that”

“While there we multiple items in each box the quality was poor. I contacted customer service about one item due to it smelling of chemicals and their response was subpar.”

“I'm not a preteen girl shopping at Forever 21. Although I've already voiced my opinion and since cancelled my subscription after 2 boxes. These products would be great if I'm a young teenage. Example, I received the "sweating for the wedding" box which contained a pair of socks that you use during yoga. It's a cool idea but why must it be an explosion of colors? When I think of bridal, I do not think of an idem that has multiple bright colors. I'm nearly 30 years old, I am more mature, even in my fashion choices. I just feel like I would of valued your boxes more if the items were more classy looking. Think of your brides that are older then your typical 20 something bride, what would they like?”

“I was excited about my first box, but quickly disappointed. My wedding is in March, and when I received the box in November it was full of things for the very initial planning stage of wedding, that was almost completely planned by this point. The box needs to be updated based on where the bride is in planning stage. I cancelled after the first box, but would have loved to have a box with things needed much closer to wedding date or even cute items for the honeymoon.”

“This box is designed for the younger bride, like under the age of 27. The quality of items are poor and cheesy. Not worth the money or the excitement let down when the box arrives.”

“Received my last box which was the “self care” box. I was happy to receive all the products, although when I opened my robe it had a tear in the side. And the head towel is not even capable of attaching to the button to keep the towel in place. I personally I’m upset that I paid $37 for these products for them to not fit or for them to come unopened with a tear. It would be best if the company just stocked with items that people did not have to wear. Or at least review the product before putting them in the package/box...... I also thought it was silly that I had to pay a $20 cancellation fee.”

Our items are designed for fun and letting good memories after wedding preparation. Sorry for that! We try our best to put the best items for our brides! We plan to upgrade our items in the nearest future. They will become more suitable for all brides. The price for our boxes is pretty low but we try to put quality items to every box.

“It’s a shame all of the products in the box are manufactured in China. The poor quality shows. The pens included won’t last due the the setting of the ink canister inside- (pushed too far in to where you can no longer write) A wedding planner would be more useful than a blank booklet to write “your thoughts” I won’t have any use for the necklace or the cheap coffee cup either. The only remotely interesting product was the balloon package which I may use for my bridal shower. This is not worth my money. This package felt aimed more at younger brides who might not be thinking about practicality and quality as much as the “high” of just becoming engaged.”

Miss to Mrs Bos is affordable for every bride. We produce our own product and make them as good as possible. We have been improving items monthly since we launched last year. I believe we came a long way, but clearly, we still have things to improve. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
