“My wedding was postponed from May 2020 to August 2020, so when my mom ordered me this box as a surprise, it definitely made me feel a bit more specifical! I loved everything in it and actually have plans to use it for th big day!”

“BEWARE FOR $40 plus SHIPPING - NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 😦😦 My subscription started 6.20. It traveled from the Northeast to Florida and back to the Northeast and then to Georgia where it has been for over a month. I LIVE IN FLORIDA! The Customer Service just gives you lip service. Did you know that you cannot get a new box or get your money back for almost 60 days? They will not send another box, my bride has been waiting and they cannot issue a refund until the date they gave me, August 3rd. if not delivered. What is worse people is they do not have any say in shipping and are as probably as good as you can be at tracking. That is all they could tell me is where my box is... duh, I can do that myself. In the end I am so disappointed and have gone with another more reputable vendor that can answer with real people and not stock answers BEWARE!”

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding specific delays, we have observed particularly in cities that due to the protests mail service has been extremely delayed in some states. This of course in tandem with the additional circumstances has relative to COVID-19 are key contributors. To address shipping delivery speed, we have recently introduced new policies where we are able to re-ship your packages Priority Mail should they get lost or significantly delayed. Also If the carrier declares your box as lost we can either reship it free of charge or provide a refund. We can assure you that we do everything possible to please our Brides and will keep working towards increasing the speed of future deliveries. “I was feeling a little down planning a wedding during COVID and was finding it hard to get excited about anyyyything wedding related. I decided to treat myself to the Miss to Mrs box so that I could get a little surprise each month to remind me that I am in fact a bride to be! My first box was full of fun trinkets that helped perk up my energy. I'm pretty far into the planning process so I didn't need the planner, but even not considering the planner, the box was well worth it. It's the cutest stuff that I'll be able to keep on my desk for a while to come to keep my spirit alive during wedding planning. I can't wait for my little present to myself to arrive each month!”

“My daughter has been talking about these and wanted to get them for herself. I ordered these gifts for her and she was so excited and amazed at the great gifts in the box.She just received her first one last week. We are excited to see what the next few hold! Thank you for making my daughter more happy about her wedding that was affected by the Covid 19 virus.”

“After getting engaged last September I was looking for an engagement box to spoil myself a little bit before the wedding. I love getting my Ms. to Mrs. box in the mail! There products are amazing and line up with preparing for the wedding. The really do help with the planning process with the advice cards they send and all the goodies!! “highly disappointed that i ordered May 28th and it is june 20th and still haven't received it. it shipped two weeks ago. Why would I subscribe every month or two months when the products don't even get here in a reasonable time. I will find a different bridal subscription.”

“i have received i think 6 boxes and i’m not too crazy about them..i feel as if they should do a personality test or something before sending out the forst box because honestly 75% of the stuff i’m never going to use or touch..”
