“Ordered a vinyl for my friends 40th birthday, it took 9 weeks to arrive, when it did it the packing was roughed up and the vinyl itself was scratched and plays at very poor quality. Would not recommend.”

“Ordered a valentine dried flower gift which was totally disappointing. Atrocious value for money and very poor quality for a price of £25 + postage. What a rip-off. I am now hoping I can get a refund. I will never deal with them or 'Not on the High Street' again”

“Very poor response to complaint. I ordered a personalised Christmas hamper. When it arrived it looked great and I was happy to give it as a present to a friend. However, when my friend opened the small tin of chocolates she found that they were covered in a white bloom and tasted stale so she threw them away. I contacted the seller who refused to replace them as I didn’t have photographic evidence. I am amazed that, for the very few substandard chocolates contained in the tin, the seller would risk damaging their reputation in this way.”

“I ordered a personalised vinyl from them as a Christmas gift on 2nd December. I am still waiting for it. I have emailed 3 times and received no response. I have rung countless times and managed to get through once to be told it is on its way but almost 2 weeks later still nothing. The phone now goes straight to answer machine. They seemed keen to know if I ordered via 'Notonthehighstreet' as I think they prioritise those orders. I also paid extra for express delivery. I now have no idea if I will receive the gift that I paid £80 for! It is a great idea for a gift but only if you actually receive it!”

“Thought this might be a good idea, how wrong I was...! The personal message was printed twice on 1 line instead once on 1 line.... so a long line of repeated text which ruins an otherwise decent print. Emailed twice - no response ringing every day and goes straight to answerphone with no calls back. Happy enough to take your money, not to help you out... :(”

“Ordered personalized cd through “not on the high street” website and sent over song cd heard from mixpixie once to tell me there were 3 songs they couldn’t not get so I emailed back to replace them , no reply email, emailed again few days later after receiving an email saying your parcel has been despatched but also telling me it hadn’t due to awaiting Info from me , emailed again twice in a week no response so hadn’t to request refund via “not on the high street “ absol terrible service will not use again”

“Up until a month ago I had no problems at all with this company - but then I emailed them 4 times and tweeted twice to inform them that my Groups CD's page was not loading - they did in the end after further emails were sent tell me they would look into it - the last emailI recieved was dated 20/12/2018 and still no further update -”
