“I ordered on 11/03/23 after 10 days never received order said still processing. I asked for a call from customer service as it was the only option, never received. Finally did a dispute with cash app without resolution. I gave up. Finally December 23 it showed up. I opened it. They were beautifully packaged and high quality. If it weren't for the poor customer service and month long shipping I would give them 20 stars. Quality product and price was perfect for cd's that I could not find anywhere.”
