“Very deceiving. You buy a number of tokens expecting to get that many codes / PINs uses ! Then get hit with oh, that is too new, we want 2 tokens per VIN. So now it is costing you double what was advertised.”

Hello Mr. Gok, as our support team explained and as we have specified in the product (MK5874) details that this tool only calculates vin numbers for cars from 2006 to 2016, and the cars you are trying to calculate vin number for are 2004 and 2005 which are not supported. and for being our regular customer our support team will keep up with you trying to find a solution for your problem.

“I just received an order for 70 Mazda key shells and they came without a logo and they came without a cover cap rendering these keys useless... When I reached out through WhatsApp to figure out what happened, the representative claimed that this is how they sell these keys and they come without the cover that closes in the transponder. That’s the last time I order anything from MK3.com 100% garbage 🗑”

“Poor communication, when order is split you need to ask customer if they want to wait for the order to be completed. Not send half one week and other half the week after!. No logic.”
