“Delivered very quickly. But pricing not very transparent with buyers!!. I inquired if there was going to be any additional fees and duties on products and was informed no. Then hit with a huge Fee. Aside the government taxes which are expected. And a very bad/high dollar exchange rate. Product ended up costing double the advertised price.”

“The site and the products are of good quality. It is also good that you are assigned an agent who speaks your language The description of the goods is not always entirely correct But Unfortunately, the sales agent is hardly or not at all reachable. If the order is not shipped within 3 days, you have to write to your agent yourself to ask what is going on and hope for an answer. Communication can still be improved.”
