“Truck driver ripped a fuel line on the car putting it on the truck and I lost £107 off the price of my car for it? The vehicle was sound until he dragged it up the truck the only thing that was wrong with it was the electrical fault and he ripped open a fuel line and I had to pay”

“Very quick and easy, driver was there within the week, they will take money off your quote if anything is missing off of your car (radio, gauge cluster etc.)”

“excellent company to deal with,prompt removal of vehicle,even got some money to scrap old car,and received a destruction of vehicle certificate so i least i'm doing my bit for the enviroment,good communication from the driver.”

“MLB were very good in my opinion the collection of my car was on time as arranged and the money transfer went through with no problem and there was always help via telephone if needed- recommend service”

“Quoted I think £280, collected the vehicle from the garage as I didn't want to continue with repairs, mentioned nothing of the state of the vehicle until 2/3 days later when I rang them asking why I hadn't received the payment. Was told that the car wasn't complete and as such they would only give me £100! Could've advised me of this while they were loading the car! When I asked them to return the car they said they weren't able and Id have to pay someone to recover it from their yard. On the end I took the £100 because I didn't have the time to resolve.”

“I found myself constantly chasing up to find out when they could collect my car, I left voicemails and no one got back to me. I received emails to say the collection would be cancelled if I did not get in touch. Finally some one answers the phone and booked the collection which was great and my partner was home for it. The car was collected but was told they didn’t need any paperwork. I had to call the next day as 24 hours had passed and no money in the bank. I was told they had tried to contact me again but no messages or calls. I was then told they couldn’t offer the original price due to the cataract converter being missing. I had no idea what this part was so I called my garage where my car had been the week before who confirmed it was there. I had no way of proving this so there forever had to settle with the £80 lower price.”

“I searched google for a local firm that would scrap my car. I received an online quote and accepted. A time for collection was arranged and they arrived promptly. All paperwork completed and payment made in a timely manner. Many thanks, Andy D - Hodthorpe”
