“It's a wonderful wardrobe. I appreciate its large shelf size. Initially, some reviews mentioned that no instruction booklet was provided. However, I was pleased to find that one was included, and it was obvious. While it does take some time to install, it's worth the effort. Considering its price, you will surely be happy with it. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the manufacturers for listening to their customers and adding the instruction booklet.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!. Once you buy it, you are nothing. The quality of these products are disgusting. I could go on here all day about what we just experienced. The wardrobe we bought was terrible. Damaged, the panels were different shades of gray and everything was dirty. When I contacted them, they said that once you open the boxes, you can't return them. How can I see what's inside without opening the boxes?

After unpacking the wardrobe, there are lots of chips and scratches on the wood, and the glue is peeling off in some places. The slides don't line up so the drawers don't open properly and the doors don't close!”

Wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to, after waiting over a month for my wardrobes to be delivered. I end up with tacky cheap looking wardrobes that are all dented and chipped as if I have had them for years. Drawer runners that don’t even correctly align.

“Very bad customer service, called number of times to cancel the order and request refund. They have delivered the order anyway. We sent it back and still waiting for a refund. They are not easy people to deal with, they pretend they can't understand, and that the phone reception is bad. So you can't actually get anywhere. They took our money, and refusing to cancel the order and give refund. Have to go through our bank to get our money back. Would never recommend to anyone, and will never use them again!”
