“Bad. All good at the start but don’t be fooled. Run while you can and while you still have your hundreds of pounds in your pocket right now! As soon as you take out the items from the package they will tell you it is used and not refundable. The doors don’t sit/close flush as the holes that were pre drilled are not even. NOT MY FAULT. They will blame you for fixing it wrong. They didn’t replace the chipped, scuffed peaces that arrived damaged. Wish I read the reviews before I purchased.. walk away..”
“Item delivered a week after the original date. Delivery guys refused to place it upstairs and left the boxes containing the wardrobe on our door step. The quality is extremely cheap and unsatisfactory: no instructions included; the MDF is very sharp and all three of us involved in building the wardrobe have several cuts from handling the pieces as the back (un-veneered areas) are very sharp; several holes do not match up; one of the mirrored doors has a scratch on it; the main problem is that the two plinths/support beams at the bottom are very flimsy and both cracked within minutes of being assembled. The quality of product, build and standards is highly inadequate and I would never recommend anyone wasting their money and purchasing from them”

“Bought a 203cm white wardrobe (most popular), that once it was up (and after many cuts a bruises in the process) measured 204cm and stuck out over the perfectly measured wall. 🙄
Delivery drivers said it would take two people a relatively quick time to put together. I asked where the instructions were and he said you need to go online and “it’s on YouTube”. The online instructions were useless. And the YouTube video has the wrong numbers for the parts listed on screen! 😡
Drivers also asked me to sign delivery note without inspecting goods. (Had to note on the delivery note, that I hadn’t been able to inspect the goods). Seems they were in a rush to leave. 😱
When we started the build, it took myself and fiancé about 6hrs, non-stop to get the frame done and up. Once we managed to get the wardrobe upright, (and this is before the mirrored doors are on) it was too heavy to move. The “feet” that are supplied are pointless. Effectively they are just tacks and make no difference on carpet. In trying to slide the wardrobe into place the chipboard of the base crumbled. (Note, this is a chipboard wardrobe, covered in veneer, it is not quality/ solid wood.) We now have a wardrobe that, God only knows if it will support the doors and clothes, with a big chip in its base, staring at, and mocking us everyday! 🫣
For those old enough to remember MFI… this is as bad! 🥴
Gutted, because it promised to be so much better. Bitterly disappointed. No point in complaining as the T’s&C’s on delivery note seemed to allude to “if you start to build it, there are no returns!” 🚫
The one star is for the communication regarding delivery. I emailed to find out when I could expect delivery (which is about a week after purchasing btw), and they responded within a day. That wasn’t bad. 💻
That said, when ordered I was told that the driver would call me the day before delivery. They didn’t! 🤷🏼♂️”
“I usually do not write reviews but I am completely satisfied with this purchase. Product is exactly as described and a decent size. It was however very fine consuming to put together all the pieces. The shipping was quicker than estimated as well. Overall i give this this product five stars!”
“This was so easy to put together. The box orders it and they even give you a ratchet so you can tighten the screws. I was able to build it by myself (a 20 year old female) in 1 hour and 15 minutes. It shipped faster than predicted by Amazon which was nice, but honestly no complaints. Some pieces weren’t numbered but it was pretty clear what they were. Only thing is to be careful to not strip the screws but that’s just an assembly thing. Honestly would buy it again.”
