“FRAUD ADVERTISING! PAID 89 DIRHAMS BECAUSE I WAS INFORMED FOR A LIFETIME GUARANTEED CLAUSE. HOWEVER THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THAT IF I WANTED TO REPLACE THE PROTECTOR I HAVE TO KEEP THE OLD ONE THAT THEY INITIALLY PLACED. SERIOUSLY? YOU WANT ME TO KEEP SOMETHING THAT IS NOT MEANT TO BE KEPT. “With my hopes having been let down with panzer glass, with it constantly cracking and needing to be replaced, I cant say I was OK when a service rep of yours smashed my phone with a wrench. But when my phone didnt break, I was immediately SO impressed and have since recommended it to everyone I know. Now I can show off my phone and don't have to hide it in an ugly phone case or be nervous about breaking it. And the lifetime warranty doesnt hurt.”

“I Have wrapped my mobile. In less than 10 days it started peeling. Apart of that the touch sensation became very poor. You got to push I order to type anything including unlocking tye screen. Despite that I paid a very expensive fees for such wrapping which is at least triple the price of others. But turned out to be a very normal silicone wrapping.”

“I bought protection for two phones and six months later, in two cases, in the same place, the material began to peel off. This is a clear manufacturing defect, but the replacement is paid. Does that mean I have to pay twice a year?! In addition, the most expensive film is full of scratches after six months. Definitely I cannot recommend this manufacturer.”

“The technician at the desk (Bugis Junction, Singapore) was very helpful in explain their product lineup. Although slight more expensive than the generic "tempered glass" screen protectors, Mobile Outfitter's film screen protectors did not cause a loss of sensitivity when applied on the outer screen of my Samsung Z Fold 5. Furthermore, the price listed was comparable to Samsung's screen protector, albeit without the lifetime warranty. Having opted for the "Fusion" screen protector which protects against generic wear and tear as well as direct impacts, the technician demonstrated the resilience of their "Fusion" screen protector by hitting his own phone screen with a wrench. Impressively, no cracks were observed, and the screen retained its function. Application was smooth and efficient, with the entire process lasting less than 10 minutes. Despite the confidence in demonstrating their "Fusion" film screen protector, I have been hesitant to test it on my own phone. However, with their lifetime warranty, I can confidently use my phone with ease, without worrying about damaging the screen protector or my phone. It is likely that the screen protector will outlive the lifetime of my phone.”

“Products are Good But worst Customer Service. I bought a protector then due to some warranty claim in mobile I lost the material. I went to there Sahara Centre Outlet in Sharjah, UAE and showed them the receipt and talked to the Supervisor Joana Mary she literally denied that I took this for same phone model and telling me for that I took or for old model of the phone. Where there I already did a replacement once. One thing is sure company products are good but prices are expensive for one time if we can't get the customer service experience”
