“They said the help@moutfitters.com will help. And the help@moutfitters.com has said that in 4 April she had contacting Indonesian owner, and the indonesian owner will contact me. Now, 7 April 2023 no one contacted me, and the help@moutfitters.com doesn’t reply or figuring out anything. I just want to emphasize how are they engaging with customer. Both indonesia and US. Don’t buy their product because of the lifetime guarantee.”

“Lifetime Guarantee is only applicable if the store open in your country. This week I want to use lifetime guarantee of clear coat and end up the kiosk is gone. The phone that they provide in the website is gone. I tried to contact their instagram (5 cities) and those that you provide in the website, no one answer. I will said, do not buy it, there is no such thing like a lifetime guarantee if they close suddenly without any notice.”

“I came to Mobile Outfitters for a solution to preserve and protect my I Phone watch Ultra screen. I was offered the features I expected; however I missed on a point before getting the job done ! The point is, I had my i-phone covered with a similar product with life time warranty and free replacement option. However the "protector" isnt immune to perfume/alchohol vapours or drops. (The stains that appear after a drop of perfume/ alchohol on the screen protector); This leaves a permanent scar/mark and this doesn't look good at all. With Mobile Outfitters (not your fault as Indid not query on this point before I got the application done) after the application of the protector on my Watch Ultra, I asked about the consequence of alcohol (hand sanitisers)/ perfumes etc; and the assistance said the screen protector will get stained !! In this era of COV and other infectious diseases for which we used these sanitisers etc quite frequently, there should be a solution with Mobile Outfitters. Hope you come up with something :) Else alls good. John/ Dubai.”
