“I respect the concern mobile help initiate. The security I now feel with having a lock box for EMT to enter my home without destruction of my property, along with a watch, neck pendent etc.”

“I was having problems adjusting to the device, so I called Technical Support yesterday. Michael was extremely helpful - and patient - in testing the device and advising me on its use. I had determined that I did not really need the fall detector so he deactivated it for me.”

“I didn't leave a review previously because I didn't understand how things worked. But yesterday I had to get something on the floor and my Mobile Help said a message to me. It told me to press the button if I was OK. That worked great and now I have confidence in how you work. I assume it will be aware if I do fall and I will be able to respond.”
