Not my first, I'm happy with professional MobileHelp's nice customer service and best price for healthiest options: (1) Low-profile fall-detection pendant less size/weight/bulk/EMF/microwave wireless radiation than a GPS microphone fall-detection pendant/clip; and I prefer their smaller/lighter rechargeable version over their heavier/bulkier/non-rechargeable eventually draining for mailback replacement; (2) Silicon wristband press button I keep at bedside not on arm sleeping as it can press to call the GPS microphone unit; (3) huge red slap button for bedside or shower wall, to call the GPS microphone unit; (4) Rechargeable GPS microphone press button I hang on doorknob, or on neck in basement or outside yardwork/walking, or carry in purse in their nice case you can request for when out in car. If change to health-harming 5G, I would return equipment for pro-rated refund of annual prepay remainder.

Everyone has been very nice and helpful. I had my Aunt sign up and she is very happy she did. She already had a fall and was very pleased she was attended to quickly. Thank you so much!!!

I just started this service for my mother in early December and haven’t had any real inter-action with you. The purchase process was very easy and setting up the equipment was fast.

Although we didn’t need MobileHelp’s services very long (my mother passed away soon after we got their services for her) they were very helpful in providing my mom the services she needed and when she passed away they were considerate and helpful with the cancellation. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been very pleased with Mobile Help. You have been great about responding whenever my mom has pressed the button. Unfortunately, she presses it by mistake but it is really not a big deal. She’s afraid to use it because she thinks an ambulance is going to show up…I told her they call the contacts before they would send one. Overall it’s great!

I've only had MobileHelp a short time & fortunately have not had to use it. It was very easy to set up & use the check in support button. I use the neck cord, find it comfortable & feel more secure should I fall.

I did an intensive search for medical alert devices before going with Mobile Help. I would have rated my experience as a 5 Star except for the fact that I encountered some surprise in additional cost, pricing, and time limits once I had made the choice of Mobile Help. I can say that the customer service and billing department were very helpful. It only took two conversations to clear up my issues and the final mostly cost met my expectations and more.

PEACE OF MIND! I love that up to 4 people are notified if activated. Response was immediate when button was accidentally pushed. I also like the warning when needs recharged. I highly recommend!

Everything to date has been excellent except for one feature. I strongly object to the voice indicator that my battery is getting low. For this, my rating is -O. If this should happen at a church/funeral service etc. it is VERY EMBARASSING and should not be. I was told by TechSupport that I should just turn off the monitor when I am in such a place or with others and do not want to receive this oral message. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having a monitor? There must be another way to notify me and others. PLEASE correct this very poor way of communication. A rapidly blinking red light might be o.k. If you can make this type of device you can surely figure out how to make low battery notification much better. To date I do think you should know everyone has been helpful and courteous and I especially appreciate that everyone speaks good, clear, English. Just PLEASE PLEASE do something with your battery communication. This is a truly serious problem and I can't be the only customer who has this complaint.

It is great to know if you are in trouble your device will help. I was even really surprised one day when it talked to me and told me to recharge. My family insisted that I get MobileHelp as I live alone now and in my eighties. I also lost my son recently to a traffic accident, so don't really have anyone to call close by. Keep up the good work. Thank you

I tested MobileHelp yesterday while I was in town and in the car to see if I had coverage. In the car with the windows up, there was no coverage. I was supposed to call tech support. But then I tried the test with the window down and I had coverage. But 9 times out of 10 I'm going to be in the car with the windows up whether it's summer or winter. So I need it to cover me with the windows up. I will call tech support. Just have been busy and hadn't had time. Thank you! Emma B. Stone

MobileHelp was very patient with me when I dropped my alert necklace by accident when I reached for it as I got out bed. I panicked knowing I had probably set out an alarm that I had fallen. I couldn't remember which button I was supposed to push to indicate it was an accidental drop. Getting the call-back to see if I had fallen and needed help was a blessing since I panic and had pressed the wrong button to indicate that it was not an emergency but an accidental drop.
