The actual intended service was good, it’s the 30 day trial part that got me that was frustrating.

I ordered this unit because I was worried about my wife falling. When I put it on her, she was laying down and accidentally hit the button, and we received a call within thirty seconds. I decided that I would only put it on her when she was up. But it was very assuring to know that MobileHelp was monitoring it just the same. I am very happy that I made this decision.

System fails to connect to the tower in our area. For us, this is a common problem ie we live in the mountains that often block signals with our C-phone, Smart Phone etc. Common to experience dropped calls due to weak signals.

Set up was easy with the help and testing gave confidence that in the event of an emergency it would be easy to get help. The power was out about 16 hours due to hurricane Ian and the unit still remained on with the battery back up.

This company was extremely easy to work with. I was super impressed with how straightforward they were and there were no hidden fees. We had to return the device only one month after we received it as my family member the unit was for passed away. MobileHelp did not ask any questions and quickly refunded my money. I would 100% recommend and choose them again.

After just a few weeks the fun is not working and is being replaced. I am with out protection till the replacement comes tomorrow. You people were helpful but that doesn't help me being protected.

Horrible! Took 3 times to ship the correct product we asked for!! Don’t go with them! And than it takes 30 days until you get your refund! We even had to pay for shipping for mobile help mistake!, they did send us return label for first mistake, but rest of mistakes nope we had to pay to ship it back!

My father recently passed away and I needed to obtain an emergency response system for my mother. From the minute I called MobileHelp, the salesman was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He followed up as promised and the process to obtain the system could not have been easier. The system arrived and took less than 5 minutes to set up. My 80 year old mother can easily manage it and feels safe at home alone. The few times the alarm was activated, the call center staff has been terrific. I also feel that the per month cost in comparison to what you get is a bargain. Cannot recommend this company enough!
