A couple of times my button got pushed by mistake, MobileHelp was talking to me almost immedately to see if I was O.K. Very good to know, if I was really in need.

I did a test of my unit yesterday and there was a problem. My unit had to be reprogrammed and the service agent did a wonderful job in keeping me informed as to what was happening all the time. He was very patient and got the job done to my complete satisfaction. Very satisfied

My husband doesn’t want to wear it. It has triggered the alarm twice when just putting it on and he could not get it to react when he pushed the button to cancel. I put it on my neck just to carry it in to the house and triggered the alarm. I was able to easily cancel the alarm, but husband has not had such good luck.

The system was useless and a waste of time and money. It detected a fall but no one could tell us why. My grandmother (who it was for) couldn't hear the operator, there was even one time during testing that I had to hold it to my ear while having everyone in the room be quiet. There is no volume option on the device to turn it up. This is a device for old people, who are often hard of hearing. If you can't hear it, you can't use it. It took several minutes for an operator to pick up EVERY TIME.

Device came next day as promised. Was very easy to set up. Few hours after setting it up my father fell and I was promptly notified. So far very happy with the product

My wife recently gave MobileHelp a trial. Everything was as expected, a positive experience all around, but she felt it wasn’t for her right now. When she’s ready we’ll be back! We had paid for a year’s subscription and were refunded in full.

Great product and service is wonderful. Monitoring is great, she banged the unit against the clothes washer and they called to make sure she was okay. Best thing she's gotten in years.

I like the ease in which to order and receive the product. I also needed a little bit of assistance to set it up and received immediate help over the phone to do so.

I purchased this unit for my older brother, who is 84. He and his wife, who is 83, live in their home alone. He has fallen several times and due to his size found it difficult to regain his footing. This device relieves a lot of worry on their part and their Son's part. There have been a few false alarms which he immediately canceled. The unit is working well Thank You

I ordered and wore the Help appliance. Too bulky and sensitive. Called company and no problenm sending back Refund due as within 30 days. Sounded so accommodating and helpful. I sent back with info sent me. Had to pay as instructions directed to ups too difficult for me to reach. Then I get different mailing labels, and again more. I cannot find a refund on my charge card. I hope your business is not a scam to take advantage of the elderly. I cannot get a different help service until I get a refund You should give instructions to followed in your first letter. I feel frightened that you are just another company taking advantage of the elderly and isolated. If I am mistaken please let me know when refund will be given.
