“These guys really know their stuff! And they are super friendly and patient. The system is easy to understand and I don't go anywhere without my fall button. It has saved my bacon more than once. And I didn't realize it, but when you get someone else to sign up, they have told me I will receive a $100 cash reward per person. Value for the money is outstanding!”

“MobilrHelp agent represented that battery charge would last for about a week. In fact, it lasts less than 48 hours. LifeAlert warned me of this. They were telling the truth. All the time the device is on the charger, it is not protecting me. The device goes off when I am in the shower. I no longer wear it in the shower.”

“I ordered the service. My father in law passed the next day. On the very next business day, I canceled the order. Nothing was shipped. I was told I would be refunded in the next 30 days. DID NOT HAPPEN!! I called, and was told to wait another 5 days. DID NOT HAPPEN!!! I called again, and was told it would be in my account by end of that business day. Two days later…still not there. I called again, I was told it was put in my accounts, but would not show up for 2-3 days. I expect I will be calling again! Funny how you can take my money out in one day, but you can’t give it back until I have called many times and had to tell my story every single time. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau!!!!! Give me back my money for items you never shipped to me!!!!!!!”

“Base unit did not work. Three days of calling tech support. They tried and said it was fine. However, needed 911 and it failed. Luckily I was there and called 911. Then, while assisting my mom waiting for an ambulance they called and wanted to make a report. I said I am helping my mom and she got mad and said she needed to make a report. Really. While my mom is dying?”

“I get false alarms saying it detects a fall. Just sitting there and it blurts it out. I was in a meeting today when it went off. It was really loud and distruped the meeting. Is there an adjustment that can be made?”

“I never gave my personal Care a second thought. I have always been able to take care of myself. Then I had to call 911 to help me get up from a fall I had in my back yard. My wife had to place the cal on my behalf. Now that she is no longer at home, due to an illness,I had to do somthing. .Noble help, was a God send.They took care of everything and I feel very good and safe everywhere I go now.”

“I am very active, work out and eat healthy. However, when my husband past away in January, my thoughts went immediately to my safety and what if I fall? What would I do? How would I get help? I went on line and read about Mobilehelp. I requested some information and was happy to receive a phone call the next day. The agent was helpful and the plan is exactly what I needed to feel comfortable in my home. I especially like the pad lock holder on my door. It has a combination lock which my best friend knows and Mobilehelp will share with emergency services if and when I need it. This way the front door won't have to be kicked in to rescue me. In addition, I like the emergency alert is small and not heavy as it hangs around my neck. The equipment was free and the cost of the service is less than a couple dollars a day...cheaper than a diet soda, ice tea and way less than Starbucks.”
