The service at Mobile Help is excellent! I move around a lot and the people are ALWAYS understanding and patient. Very important also…l can understand the people…no thick accents! 😁. I highly recommend Mobile Help. Two of my friends have signed up!

I am happy with the service Mobile help is set up.Fortunately I have not had to use the service. I am most happy with having the lockbox that is most likely the reason I chose Mobilehelp

I bought the MobileHelp system. The person we bought the system for died 7 days later. I sent the system back. The postal service says they received it but it has been a month and no refund. Thanks for the quick response to my review. I got my refund.

I was looking for a home alert system as I had just lost my husband and I have severe COPD and have used the EMT's several time. The tech people were wonderful and called and did a test with me(very helpful)

VERY impressed -- both with the service and the quality of the staff that I worked with. I had an issue with my unit on Christmas day/evening. I called Tech Services, talked Andy, was told that, while the unit would be replaced, Tech Services couldn't handle that and Customer Service was closed for the weekend. But he would make sure someone would contact me ASAP (probably Monday) to get started on getting me a replacement unit. I got a call on SUNDAY at 8:30 am from Bill, who started the replacement process. He told me the new unit couldn't go out under Priority Mail until Monday but I should have it by Thursday and I needed to call when I got it to activate it. I did get it on Thursday and called & talked to Annette. The patience, understanding, and concern that I have protection ASAP that was displayed by all of them was outstanding. It was a joy to work with them.

I had another brand that was more advertised. It was more expensive, monitoring was no better than MovileHelp, both are good. I like MobileHelp's equipment better, it is simpler and more convenient, also seems to me, it is a better quality product.

The best thing I can say is GREAT!!!! I initially spoke with Paula; since then I have accidentally had my alarm buttons pressed and the response and understanding of my mistake was SUPERB!!! The cost is very, very reasonable - beats other companies. I am extremely pleased and will recommend this to anyone!!

When I talked to the customer service person I told him I was only interested in the Panic Button device to wear when I hike. I did however also receive a Fall Alert which I did not request. So I returned the whole package.

Only have had Mobil Help for about a month. Customer service and delivery has been wonderful so far. My father is 92 and is alone at night, this gives me and my brother piece of mind during his time alone.

Accidently tapped button. Within a short time a voice asked if help was needed No but thanks for contact. Getting used to girl telling me to power up. Almost wore it during ct scan. It's worth piece of mind

We have had mobileHelp for about two months and and very pleased with their service. We have not had an emergency yet but we have had a couple of miscalls and their people are very understanding.
