I have put off for several years getting this type of help. Now that i have my “mobile Help” i am trying to encourage my 90 year old friends to get the help they need before it is too late.A.S.K.

I am a new member of MobileHelp and I am so glad that I joined. I feel so much safer when i am wearing their "Necklace". The staff there are very friendly, nice and helpful.

Am recent widow and prone to falls due to delayed hip replacement surgery .. as couldn’t leave husband during his illness!! The system gives me great security and have had several false calls due to my bumping it on things. Staff and response time excellent!! Highly recommend!!

Am very pleased with my MobilHelp Alert wristband and pendant because I know that if I fall while taking a shower or elsewhere help will soon be on the way to help me get up and provide an ambulance to transport me to the nearest hospital if needed.

Great Medical alert. I feel safe wearing it. The customer service is also very helpful. I added the Fall Detection to mine. It is a little sensitive but that is good in case you need it.

I feel safer wearing my Micro however, its fall detector is not consistent. Sometimes it goes off with the slightest movement then testing in a real fall, it does not go off. The other day the green circle was flashing while shopping. When I got home it was still flashing. I called Technical Support but was put on hold for a very long time. Apparently a lot of people were calling. Finally it stopped flashing and I hung up because I know what I would have been told--AT&T was down, because that is what I was told before when I called. It is better than having nothing at all for protection.

The unit worked, although I question if it works on 4G or 5G I don't think it does and the best connection that I can get is only one strip. I really don't know if that is enough.

I have never lived alone before and at 66 I am really happy that I am able to have m,y own apartment. But I was really nervous and having a hard time enjoying my space because I am not so steady on my legs. MobileHelp is solving my security problem. I feel safe in my own home, finally. I am grateful.

This does not meet the needs of someone with dementia that cannot remember to leave the device on their person. With that in mind how can it be expected to provide any sort of “net” for those patients (people) living at home with dementia but capable to an extent otherwise. I figured I would give this a try with the sales pitch” we see this all the time”…No you don’t see this all the time because it would not fit the needs of the person purchasing the product. Doesn’t do much good when the necklace is in my sister’s handbag when removed by my dad.. Short of implanting a device, I cannot see how this would work with those people that are forgetful from moment to moment as such.
