mobile help was so refreshing and had everything that i wanted...unfortunately my existing provider would not let me out of my contract so i will be signing up again with mobile help next summer. mobile help was so prompt in refunding me my whole year costs.

I'm very happy with your company because I was treated very well with repeating something if I didn't understand something. Also the cost is acceptable to my budget. Return calls with a problem was resolved ar once.

So far we are pleased with the product. The only thing I would like the medi alert button to have is volume control. My Mom is hard of hearing & cannot hear the operator when she is on.

Equipment was very good but my home has a metal roof and no signal enters my home. The alternative was not acceptable because I would have to wear two devices. Not my style...The service was knowledable and I'd say excellent from sales to support all excellent.

This excellent service was easy to set up and is easy to use. And it gives my family peace of mind. I wear the button necklace every day and it is small enough that it is not an inconvenience. I have not yet had an emergency - thank God! - but once I accidentally pushed the button and immediately a voice came on my unit asking if I was OK. The people are so kind and my daughter said that setting up the account was very easy. I am so happy to use MobileHelp.

I found Mobile Help to be very easy to install and the customer service rep was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in installing my equipment. Thank goodness: I have needed to use it so far, but it is good to know it is there if needed, as I am often alone at home. My husband does work in a shop where there is no phone service, so if I need help immediately, I am in a good place with Mobile Help.

The ordering and shipping process was seamless and fast. Although, I paid for a year and was charged twice, was told it was a ghost charge and would be redeposited in a few days. It would have been a regret if I were someone who could not do without over $500 for a few days... which I believe there are many of who, that would be a major issue. But all is well and the setup process is easy if you can follow instructions. Have not needed it yet but the real test will come if there is an event. Thank you so much for the piece of mind!

I am very happy with my device and feel very safe and secure, but will need to cancel because I am moving to a community that provides the same type of safety. Thank you so much for the feeling of security in my existing home.

We plan our lives to be successful and safe. We don't anticipate accidents which can happen any time or where! It can be devastating if we are alone and inaccessible to help. Rethink your master plan! I did!

After I fell and was hospitalized for 10 days, I knew I had to do something to feel secure. I reviewed a number of medical alert providers and decided upon Mobile Help. The deciding factor was the customer service. They listened, responded helpfully and encouragingly, and I liked that all of the reps with whom I spoke were both sympathetic and even empathetic.

I feel really great about being a Mobile Help customer. It gives me a certain amount of confidence that I am protected in my own home. Not just from falls but from other things as well. I’m very satisfied with Mobile Help.

Each person I talked to was extremely helpful. I was told I would receive a callback “in about an hour” it was 7 hours!!! The young man was very apologetic and took care of my request immediately! I am over the moon!!!!! Thank you!!
