When I ordered this unit, I was ordering it for my Mother-in-law. We paid for the unit using a funds transfer from her checking account. I was told by the salesperson on the phone that the unit would arrive overnight once the transfer was completed. I drove from Indian to New York so I would be there to set the unit up. The fund showed withdrawn on Monday morning. On Wednesday I called Mobilehelp Customer Service to find out the status of my order and was informed that their company policy was the ship unit when the payments are made via funds transfer, the is a 10-day hold on shipments when this method of payment was used. It would have been nice to have been told that at the time of my order so my trip to New York was for not. I ended up paying someone in the area to set the unit up since I had to return to Indiana for work the following week. Also during the time, we were waiting for the unit to arrive, My mother-in-law received a call from customer service asking why her unit had not been activated and tghat she had received the unit. when she explained she had not received the unit, the person stated she had, getting my mother-in-law quite upset.

Orders placed with credit or debit cards can ship the next business day, however, the 10 business day hold period is a processing time required when using a checking account. I had dropped my bag containing my MobileHelp at a function. As it was noisy I didn't hear the response to the alert being set off. The response came into the function and found me. Tho I was very red faced I was glad to see how well they respond.

The equipment is easy to set up as the instructions are quite clear. I appreciate the help I've received when I've called MobileHelp. So far (and hopefully never) I've not had an emergency where I would use MobileHelp. The system is in place to give me peace of mind -- a priceless attribute.

Well for one thing I did not electronic sind for this I did not want this at this time .But y'all too( out my 119 dollar s then the same day I called to tell you to stop this a nd put my money back .because I did not sind .now I am not so sure this is a very good company .now the bank and I are waiting for you to put my money back .I called you today the person could not find nothering about Me my name nor address .put my money back or I will have to let the whole world know you are not true to your people it's been two months I still have no money ..plz do so .

I can only review the portion of the sale itself. All went very well and we got everything on time. But, the item is for my sister-in-law who lives in Milwaukee, WI - and it will be several days before she gets it set up. She left via airplane today back to Milwaukee. A review of the item's usage will have to be after she has used it for some time. But the ordering and all involved in that went great.

The team of men that came to transport Mom were awesome. They did not have a wheelchair van available as ordered, but they made up for it by sending a great crew!

I feel safer having MobileHelp. I use the button around my neck. It went off one day while I was washing dishes. I had not pressed the button. I have to take care of my 95-year-old husband and during the course of the day I have to do a lot of bending and the button swings all over the place which I do not like. Hopefully, I will never have to use the device and it gives me a sense of comfort to know that help is near.

Am just getting used to it as only have had it for a few weeks. The one thing that I would like to see changed is the bracelet. The one I have is black and is rather bulky. It looks like a man's watch. Would love to have a more feminine looking one or at least a different band. Also do not like the cord on the fall pendent. That could be better. Just comments for you to consider as wearing one or other all the time it would be nice to have something more attractive.
