I have had MobileHelp about two months. The purchase of the plan was simple and I was not coerced into any particular plan. I was freely able to pick the things that were good for me. I feel very safe in my home now knowing that help is only a button away.

We do not have very good cell service at our house. But the pendant did not work at our house. I called and was sent a different device that plugged into an outlet. The only place it would get any kind of a signal was the far corner of the living room. The signal was not strong enough to pick up a distress call. I returned both units on 1/3/23. They were received at your facility on 1/5/23. When I called and spoke with a representative a refund would be forthcoming, but hasn't been received yet. The service was good, but I am not happy with the refund process.

So far I haven’t needed to use the system, so can’t say for sure how good it works. The price is reasonable. The test signals work . Customer service went over and beyond in answering all of my questions and concerns. I think it is going to be a great investment in peace of mind.

Unit didn’t work due to poor ATT signal strength. No mention of or check of signal strength when purchasing unit from salesman. No obvious mention of ATT on AARP ad. Had to return as it was useless. Obtained a different cellular based system and it connected immediately. Would strongly suggest that sales staff try to determine if ATT signal strength is adequate before selling. Will give high marks to tech person that diagnosed problem. He was very nice and very thorough. Now hoping that there will be no hassles getting a full refund. Return label was received and unit sent back.

I was well pleased with the treatment received from MobileHelp, and would like to commend especially Donna in Customer Service. Our association did not last as long as I anticipated or would have liked, but the intended benefactors of your services had some concerns that I could not alleviate. Thank you for your quick responses on both dispatch of the equipment (to three different geographic locations across two states) and the refunds.

We've had it only 2 weeks and so far like it. The necklace detected fall when I picked it up so it may be a little bit touchy.

Everything was great except that we were sent the wrong equipment. But that was corrected very easily and quickly by a staff of employees where sounded genuinely concerned and eager to correct the situation. Good job guys and gals

I tried to do a phone review but somehow I disconnected the call. I spoke to several people in customer service and was extremely pleased. they were very nice, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all questions. I haven't had to use the alert button, except by accident.

The unit is for my mother. So far the unit has worked great. There have been a few false alerts but cancellations are straightforward. The unit gives her a sense of someone always being there in her home, where she lives by herself, should she need someone's help right away. That part is invaluable to both her and us, her children knowing an appropriate response is only a device activation away.

Two delicate aspects of the process: 1) Leaving the door key in a box taped to the door knob…may be a risk. Clever thieves may be able to remove the box with their “professional” tools. 2) Carrying a battery-pack when you go out may be problematic at times: e.g. on a fishing boat, during air travel, etc.
