The people were great, and the equipment was great, but I had to return everything because I don't have good enough AT&T service at my home. They don't have another cell carrier they can use.

Very helpful. I live alone in a two story home. The lockbox made it more comfortable knowing the EMT's have the combo and would have entry to my home if I was unable to ge to the front door to open it.

Very helpful, concise without being coercive. My dad accidentally set of the alarm and they were very prompt in answering. Farris was wonderfully helpful, gave me time to weigh cost options, professional and kind.

The only complaint I have so far with the MobileHelp service button is that it is too sensitive and goes off too easily. It went off when I set it down in the charger station and it also went off when I set it down in the cup holder of my vehicle. I did not press the button in either of these instances! I do not want to wear it at night for fear I will set it off just by turning over in bed so I hang it beside my bed within reach.

Fell down the first day I had the device. I pushed the button and told the operator I had fallen in my house and needed help. They notified the paramedics who arrived and helped me to my feet. The entire process for me was 10 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with the product.

I don’t even notice that I am wearing a monitor, unless I accidentally bump it or drop it. My only concern is that I Have not figured out a way to put a pretty chain on it instead of the black cord. I am very happy I have it

At beginning I worried I would not like wearing the device around my neck. After a couple of days you don’t even realize it’s there. At beginning it went off but there is plenty of time to cancel.

We have had this service for my mom about a month now and we are so relieved! The emergency staff are quick to respond! MobileHelp is well worth the money to have peace of mind! I feel like my mom has a caregiver with MobileHelp! Thank you!

At this point and time, I have no reason to be unhappy with your alert system. I have not had to use it, which is good. But I strongly believe it will work as you said. That is the reason I changed to MobileHelp.

I appreciate how the MobileHelp teams contact the list that I have provided. However, my mom’s life alert is so touchy, that she sometimes sets it off just by lifting her shirt up to go to the bathroom and she can’t hear the box when it’s calling her and trying to ask if she’s ok, so the team ends up having to go down the line of phone numbers, which is great, but I’m afraid we’re crying “wolf” and some day it’s going to be the real thing and she won’t get the help she needs. With her other Life line company that we were with, before this company, her life alert, that she wore talked to her. If there was not a problem and she could respond back to let them know she was ok. With this one, if she’s not directly by the box or doesn’t hear the box talking she can’t respond back that everything is ok. I would like to see these Life alerts (fall detection) that MobileHelp has, do the same thing. My husband works for the fire department and he said they get a lot of false calls because of Life alerts (fall detection) that are set off the same way or by people bumping them. If the people aren’t by the box to respond back and/or they don’t have a calling list, the ambulance and fire are automatically dispatched for no reason. I’m giving it a little more time to see if my mom can adjust to not setting it off when she goes to the bathroom or she bumps it by accident. If not, I think we will have to go back to her other company or find another Life alert company that has capabilities of responding back to them without being next to the box.

I feel very much more secure with MobileHelp in my corner. Customer service was so helpful getting me set up and so responsive with my questions. I hope I never need to use this service, but am confident it will be invaluable if I do.
