I am pretty new to MobileHelp. Service for TESTING the equipment is very helpful. So far I have not needed to use the Emergency bottom but It is relaxing to know that it is available any time, if I need it,

Everything we were told when we decided to switch over from alert one was on the level. They have kept up to their part of the service they supply. Price was better and service is just as good. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need

I haven't had my mobile device for very long and have not needed their services thus far. I feel confident wearing the device daily just knowing they are available if something happens to me as I live alone. I did accidentally set off the alarm and had to be instructed as to how to cancel the call.

When we received the first unit, we discovered our AT&T signal was not reliable (un-corded units only use AT&T). After working with the very courteous technician to resolve the problem, he recommended that we return it. The process was very easy and at no charge. We purchased the corded system (attached to an existing hard-wired phone system). This system works very well for any emergencies occurring in or within 600 ft. of our home.

Phone calls for technical assistance have been very helpful and friendly. Electrical power in my area was off and rendered my device inoperable as well as making the device inoperable after the power was restored.

When a valued friend got hers, she was thrilled in so many ways. After a fall in my home, I, too, made the decision to follow her lead and get MobileHelp. The instant I phoned there was nothing but knowledgeable help for me. My family, and myself, feel much more secure in the event of another "unplanned" accident. Simple to hook-up and the watch blends in no matter where I am. The assistance being at hand now, brings much more inner security.

I am pleased with the service. I hope I never have to test the response. My first unit developed some battery problems. When I contacted customer service, I was told that a new replacement would be sent overnight. Due to the lack of weekend delivery, I received the new unit the following Monday/
