“I find it a a disadvantage to not be able to speak or listen to the button or watch. I do not remember to take the mobile gadget when I leave the house.”

“Too many pieces. I have hearing problems, so verbal answers may not be heard if I ever need them. I forget to take the battery in the car, so couldn't use the neck button, anyway. Basically it's a clumsy operation, and annoying nuisance. However, my daughter is the one who's paying.”

“I wish your system was on Verizon. We live in a rural area and our system isn't always connected to the cell. With Verizon, in our area, there would be coverage. Thanks”
