I am not very happy with your device. Cons: 1. Short battery life. 2. Fall detection falsies constantly and the one time I did fall, and fell hard, it did not work. 3. Device is not comfortable to wear (heavy). Pro: I like the phone app

Recently when I accidentally dropped the device, I received an immediate call from the response team. The agent was courteous, caring and understanding. Even though this was an accident, it proved how well the system functions.

I wear my device all the time except when I'm in the shower or in bed (but it is within reach then). Comforting to know I can call for help from any location, even when I'm out for a walk!

Testing is done every month. Everyone I talked to is very friendly. Hope I never need to use it. But I know it's there if I need it.

One day I accidentally set off my bracelet alarm. I wasn't even aware of it. In seconds, I got a call to make sure that I was all right. If I had been in distress, someone would have been dispatched immediately.

The fall detect is too sensitive. It calls from just a jarring. I need that disconnected.

This product has the potential to save my life, but I wish its criteria for notifying contacts of a potential problem was not so rigid. Early on, it generated notices to my contact because the battery died (the charge is less than 48 hours) and when I intentionally turned it off because I was afraid I would not get it back on the charger before the battery died.

Meds should be in your computer and not on my frig. All other info should also be in your computer as well. If I fall outside of my apartment what good would it do if it is on my frig. EMS & the hospital should get the info from you. Other med help cos. do this. Why not you?

I like the product , but i have been having trouble in the testing, it does'nt seem tell me that is working fine and I end up calling the customer help number.

I already had a local lockbox but one day I rolled out of my office chair. I was not hurt, thank goodness, but could not get up. I pressed my wrist button and the system worked great! The firemen arrived in minutes! Thanks MobileHelp!

The entire process took about 15 minutes. Mobile help had received rave reviews. The equipment arrived within two days and it was a simple matter to hook everything up and to do a test run as well. And essential piece of equipment if you live alone or are growing old.
