I contacted MPD for help on 4th September asking for the remainder of my contract payments for the handset to be written off at the very least bt ideally a full refund.

I finally received a new, undamaged iPhone, the whole ordeal has been an absolute joke and I am yet to receive any form of refund for the time I have been without what I’ve been paying for.

As they were unable to fulfil the contract they offered a full refund, and as a final insult then said they would sort out the pac code and for me not to do anything.

After a 15-minute call with advisor Shanna and her manager Matt (or Matthew), they offered a meager £10 refund.

It's now April and I'm still awaiting a refund of the £797 "early cancellation charge" that was taken by mistake.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY. After waiting 2 months with one only 1 email to update me on my purchase, I called up numerous times. I finally got sick of waiting and cancelled. The lady on the phone confirmed it was cancelled and that I would receive a refund. I then ordered a new phone that arrived the next day. Now the phone is suddenly in stocked and being shipped! After I cancelled it. Now I am in an awful situation. AVOID AVOID

Avoid ...they lie, tell you everything you want to hear . Even the old music is the song would I lie to you . A real headache never got a phone, still awaiting refund. Stay away !

Didnt submit my PAC code, leading to charges from my old network. Won't refund these of course as they claim it isn't their problem. Terrible customer service.
