I thought getting a new phone the storage issue would be improved, seems to have caused me a lot more issues than the old one. I had to clear out a lot of photos and videos, then getting messages I need to pay more to help store emails and photos.

If you are within 14 days we could possibly look into exchanging to a higher memory model however you would need to pay the difference. The man I spoke to was very helpful and patient but unfortunately didn’t give me the right advice. I asked if if it was possible to keep my same number but this wasn’t the case. The phone now has to be returned.

Hello Anna Thank you for your review. Customers are able to transfer their mobile number if they are changing to a different network. If they are staying with the same network then an upgrade would need to be completed to keep the mobile number. If you require further assistance then I have sent you an email. The mobile and SIM for my son arrived quickly but it was not clear on receipt which SIM was for who and we’ve still been unable to get my sons mobile moved across to his old number as it’s not clear from the emails whose is whose

In general I am satisfied with the deals but it does not seem to have any special offers for existing customers and therefore it is quite disappointing. Also I do not understand why they keep making new accounts to claim for cash back instead of using the previous accounts as it is concerning because the old accounts remains active which in my opinion against GDPR

Website is very buggy, customer support wasn’t available to help on weekend. Claimed to take credit card but tried two different ones before a debit card which worked eventually. Price was good though which was the saving grace.

I keep getting emails regarding reviews despite not having received my phone yet. So based on things so far I would say that the experience has been acceptable. I live in Northern Ireland and there have been bank holidays, so getting my phone over the weekend would have been good but getting it today would be acceptable, and DPD state that I am due to receive it today, while mobiles.co.uk are ultimately responsible for getting my item to me I will bear in mind that DPD have had it since Friday or Saturday.

Good value package on the phone, data etc. £100 Currys gift coucher promised and undelivered still after 4 months. After managing to get through to the customer support team and having a call raised - still nothing. Also some problems with the phone when first purchased and a ridiculous journey to get it sorted. The poor service I have received is not due to the people who I have dealt with but because of disconnected processes.

I got the mobile but not expected what they gave informations...back lots of hidden visual scratches & side one little dent too..first time I bought online & not happy. I sold it to CEX Loosing by £10 straight away..not happy..

Purchasing process works ok, but I did read both yours & iD t&c's fully but nowhere did I see that the monthly charge would increase by CPI +3.9% every April, despite specifically looking for this, until iD's order confirmation email was received. This needs to be made clear at the front end of the order process. I'm toying whether to continue with the contract or cancel at present!

At this point I have no idea how well anything will work, my SIM won't become active for a few more days, even though it arrived last week. I have had multiple emails from Mobiles.co.uk but the SIM came from I.D. Mobile - so who am I with?! The cost is 1/3 of what I was paying for a sim-only contract (it would have been gal, but my previous provider just couldn't help raking my eyes on a monthly basis for 1/6 of the data available in this current plan. I've never switched phone providers and kept my number before, so I'll revisit this review when I actually have something to say.

Everything was great at POS. Cheap deal, easy sign up, very informative website etc I ordered a new phone because my old one broke and I needed a new one ASAP as I use my phone for business. Phone arrived next day however I had to re-submit my PAC two days later (despite the website telling me not to as I'd already submitted at POS). Submitting my PAC at POS did not work even though the system clearly validated it. I was without my phone number for almost a week costing me money and causing inconvenience. This needs sorting so it doesn't happen to other people. Apart from the above issue I'm very happy.

It is fine. Info was a little sparse. I prefer specifically for Xmas Eve and it came a day early. Comms were poor and it said Network was reviewing the order but no narrative on what that meant.

Shame really my order was supposed to be delivered at my local curry’s store as I knew I wouldn’t be in to take delivery however my order was pin protected and couldn’t be delivered so it has to be sent back to the warehouse then sent back to curry’s without a pin protection what a mess around considering I chose curry’s for convenience 😡
