“Do not use this company. It’s not done there and then after purchase and I when I tried to cancel immediately and ask for a refund they kept repeating the same thing in emails over and over again. Really bad customer service. Still haven’t got my refund. Scammers !!!!!”
Hi — I’m really sorry you’ve had a frustrating experience. I can see two payments on your order: $14.99 (Eligibility Check) and $83 (Standard Unlock), placed on Nov 17, 2025, and the order status shows "Unlock Complete."
A couple of points from our terms that explain why you couldn’t cancel or automatically get a refund:
- "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for." (Terms 2.1)
- "Pre-orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order." (Terms 2.1 / 7.3) — Eligibility checks are non-refundable.
- If the unlock is completed, we do not refund "Already Unlocked phones: No refund if you order an unlock for an already unlocked phone." (Refund Policy)
If your iPhone still appears locked, please connect it to Wi‑Fi and turn it off/on as per our instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" (Terms 8.1). If that doesn’t fix it, reply here with your order number, IMEI and a short video showing the issue and I’ll escalate to our technicians — if they can’t get it working we will review the case under our Refund Policy ("Incorrect Unlocking Code... you'll be refunded").

Good news: your Galaxy A03s shows "Unlock Complete". Please insert a non‑StraightTalk SIM and when prompted enter these codes: 6745082017863418 and 2646373717950269. As our Terms state, "Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions."
