“Discovered that an old mobile was locked and needed it in a hurry. It was the weekend and where we live there isn't anywhere we can just "nip in" to. Mobile unlocks was the suggested from Google and figured I would give it a try. Because I didn't know the network the old phone was locked to it did pay extra to find this out. There is a progress chart at each step when you track your order. I kept checking and it said 3 days but was actually done in 2. Code worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.”

“First was charged £15.00 which made it seem like the total cost which is why I rushed and paid the £15 to get a phone unlocked. They claim at the start for it to be instant. If you don’t read the terms and conditions, you are literally screwed. See the images I attached. This company misleads and then on top of that when the unlock does not work, they do not even give you a refund. Surprisingly, it takes days to unlock and not instant, the cost of not £15.00 and can vary where I had to pay another £49.99. They tried unlocking over 1-2 days then the codes did not work. Instead of full refund, they provided a credit note. Total paid £75 and the credit note was given for £41. If a service did not work the first time, highly unlikely you will not use that service again therefore giving a credit note makes you stuck and then if you go back to do it again on another phone and again it does not work, you back into a cycle where they keep your money and the service continues to not work.
Please be very careful - and read all the information on their website should you wish to try use this service including the terms and conditions.”

Your order status shows: "Device doesnt prompt for unlock code, unfortunately a remote USB unlock is not possible for this device." Because the A53 didn’t prompt for an unlock code, our terms explain why a card refund wasn’t issued and a credit note was provided instead. As stated in our Terms & Conditions: "Eligibility checks are not covered by our money back guarantee" and "Android phones which don't ask for a code, will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note, due to submission costs, to be used against a Remote USB unlock, if that service is available." (T&C 7.3 / 7.6). Also timeframes are "a guideline, NOT a guarantee" (T&C 1.1), which is why “instant” estimates can sometimes take longer.
What I can do now:
- Confirm the exact credit note amount and history for your order (placed 13 Apr 2026) and explain the breakdown, or
- Ask our tech team to re-check the codes you provided and confirm there’s no further option, or
- Help you apply the credit note to another unlocking service (credit notes cannot be used for iCloud removals).
