The process started with a lower price, but I was repeatedly asked to make additional payments to continue. These extra costs were not clearly explained upfront, and each step required more money.
At one point, the order status showed “99% complete” and “imminent” for several days without any real progress, which felt misleading.
When I requested a refund, they refused and only offered a “credit note” instead of returning the money to my card.
