“I do not recommend it, a company that works by deceiving, they charge to do a first check to see if the phone can be unlocked, after that they say everything is ok and to continue you need to make a second payment, after that I received the confirmation email and the message from the website itself saying that the phone was completely unlocked as shown in the attached image.
After several minutes of waiting I did everything they asked and the phone did not work, I contacted support and they simply said they could not do anything because the phone was on the blacklist.
The phone stayed with me after the end of the contract and upgrade, it is not on the blacklist and now it is unlocked by the operator itself.”

“The unlocking codes were received after about 3 days , 7 codes . none working , support is repeatedly responding with automated messages. no updates on the codes , can't see any intentions of solving the issue , escalating with support , with the bank and will chase legal action if no solution given .
