“I was stuck with a phone locked to AT&T in the United States, but I am living in Europe for the time being. MobileUnlocks allowed my phone to unlock so that I could transfer a local sim card and use it rather than it sitting in my desk drawer. It took about 2 full days before I received the notice that it was fully unlocked and ready to go.
The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that I wish they were upfront about the total cost when you initially begin the process instead of needing to pay 2 different amounts to complete the process.

“Mi experiencia fue extremadamente decepcionante y desgastante.
Pagué $79.99 USD por un servicio de desbloqueo. El primer teléfono no fue liberado. En lugar de un reembolso, me dieron una nota de crédito, lo cual ya fue una señal preocupante.
Decidí confiar nuevamente y usé esa nota de crédito para un segundo teléfono. Me enviaron un código NCK que no funcionó. El dispositivo mostró “Error de solicitud de desbloqueo”. Envié evidencia clara de que el código era inválido.
La respuesta fue exactamente la misma: otra nota de crédito.
Después de dos intentos fallidos:
Ningún teléfono fue desbloqueado.
No hubo corrección técnica real.
No hubo reembolso.
Solo créditos internos para seguir intentando dentro de su sistema.
El proceso se siente diseñado para que el cliente nunca recupere su dinero, sino que quede atrapado usando notas de crédito una y otra vez.
La comunicación al principio parece profesional, pero cuando el problema se vuelve serio, las soluciones reales simplemente no llegan.”
