What a garbage for 15 days they told me it will done in 1 hours it will done in 1 hours nothing they did when I did it from my service provider they did not refund it just mental harrasement they gave and i let go my money , extremly poor please dont go they have no option to refund i can share all document if any user need it

Hi — Charlotte here. I’m really sorry you had such a frustrating experience — that’s not what we want for any customer. I can see your order (placed Apr 9, 2026) status is “Unlock Complete” for the iPhone 17 Pro Max on Bell Canada. To finish an iPhone unlock, please “connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on;” (Terms 8.1). Can you try that and let me know if the phone now accepts other SIMs? About the delay: our terms state “Any timeframes stated are a calculation … and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee.” (Terms 1.1) I know that’s not ideal and I’m sorry it took longer than expected. Regarding refunds: eligibility checks are non‑refundable (“Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable.”). Because the order shows completed, a refund isn’t applicable right now — but if after following the restart/WiFi step the phone still appears locked, send me a screenshot or the exact error message and I’ll escalate this to our tech team immediately to resolve it. I want to get this sorted for you — please try the reboot step and reply with what you see.

Hi — thanks for the update. I can see your order from 17 May 2026 (Network Check £4.99, Eligibility Check £11.99, Standard Unlock £30) and the status is "Unlock Complete." Please follow the completion step for iPhones: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — that normally finishes the unlock. If your phone still shows the Manufacturer Lock after doing that, reply here with a screenshot and I’ll escalate it for you. Just so you know, eligibility/network checks are non-refundable ("Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable."), but we’ll do our best to get this finished for you. — Charlotte

Twoje kody odblokowujące to: NCK=15729694 MCK=82866144 RGCK=00000000 EXTRA=85537811 Następne kroki (dla urządzeń innych niż iPhone): zgodnie z naszym regulaminem „Urządzenia inne niż iPhone: wprowadź kody odblokowujące zgodnie z instrukcjami e-mail” — włóż kartę SIM inną niż Open Eesti i wprowadź kody po wyświetleniu monitu. Jeśli telefon nie poprosi o podanie kodu, zapoznaj się z naszymi warunkami: „Urządzenie z systemem Android można odblokować kodem tylko wtedy, gdy urządzenie poprosi o kod odblokowujący po włożeniu do niego niekompatybilnej karty SIM…” — w takim przypadku może być konieczne zdalne odblokowanie przez USB. I was not that confident at first that my unit could be unlocked but it was for which I am extremely grateful, although it did take some time and cost a little bit more but I guess it all depends on the unit's current status as mine was certainly complicated to begin with. Being asked for more payment in the middle of the process could be discouraging but I trusted the process and finally had my phone unlocked. Thank you MobileUnlocks!

Los $19.99 corresponden a una verificación de elegibilidad (una verificación previa aparte) y los $92 al desbloqueo estándar. Como indican nuestros términos y condiciones: "Los pedidos anticipados, la verificación de elegibilidad y los costos de desbloqueo se generan inmediatamente al realizar el pedido" y nuestra Política de Reembolso señala: "Verificación de elegibilidad: Estas verificaciones no son reembolsables". En tu tarjeta aparecerá la compra como MobileUnlocks. El estado de tu pedido es "Desbloqueo completado". Para iPhones, el último paso es conectarse a Wi-Fi y apagar y encender el teléfono. Si quieres, avísame cuando lo hayas hecho y lo revisaré todo. — Charlotte

Excellent Service. The intial check ran first time for me. Happy Days. The second part of the proceedure (unlock code) took longer than expected. This was in no way a fault of Mobile Unlocks but the provider Vodaphone /Samsung After chatting with Mobile Unlocks support agent using the chat bot to start with they informed me the unlock code from Vodaphone might take a while and would go to Samsung direct. I was kept informed and updated at every stage of their proceedure via the chat bot and also email. Mobile Unlocks managed to send me the codes required within the week. As stated the issue was with the provider not themselves. Added to this delay, I was "out of office" (holiday) for 14 days. Despite my own delay the codes sent worked first time. So the crux of this review is: Sometimes things may take longer or different routes to get to the solution. I would use Mobile Unlocks and recommend again. PMc (UK)

Veo que tu pedido del 5 de mayo de 2026 está marcado como "Desbloqueo completado" para tu Samsung Galaxy S20 5G en AT&T USA y tus códigos son: NCK=4086024051793617 MCK=6819026303947947. Sigue las instrucciones para dispositivos que no son iPhone: "ingresar los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados de acuerdo con las instrucciones del correo electrónico" (Términos 8.1). Pasos rápidos: - Apaga el teléfono e inserta una tarjeta SIM que no sea de AT&T. - Enciende el teléfono; cuando se te solicite un PIN de desbloqueo de SIM/red, ingresa el NCK (4086024051793617). - Si se solicita un segundo código, ingresa el MCK (6819026303947947). Si los códigos no funcionan, responde con el mensaje exacto que aparece en la pantalla y nuestro técnico te ayudará.
