I first got in touch with DIRECT UNLOCKS to unlock my iPhone 8 Plus after 3 weeks I get a message saying sorry for the delay but they have now prioritized my unlock
What they ment to say was we are deleting your information I knew this because I chased the unlock up and got a reply saying they have no record of me but the message came from another company called
MOBILE UNLOCKS
they said there was an issue with my unlock and could I pay another £15
So in total they had £15 + £49 + £15
After 10 days they asked for another £49 I refused to pay this and ended up getting the phone unlocked at a shop
All I can say about these companies are it they are SCAMMERS
and my honest advice is to not use them they are the biggest scamming company I have ever dealt with
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE”
