“Very quick to respond and they unlocked my Samsung Note 10 5G plus. Although it was free on EE, they give you both codes linked and don't specify this, which resulted in the phone being locked.

If your phone is now asking for a code, please don't keep guessing (you can exceed the attempt limit). Try entering the code you were sent (8416139593075090) when the phone shows "SIM Network Unlock PIN". If the phone asks for two separate codes or still won't accept it, reply with a photo/screenshot of the prompt and I’ll check your order and guide you through the correct steps right away.
