I can see your order from 12 Nov 2025 on mobileunlocks.com: Eligibility Check £14.99 + Standard Unlock £30 (total £45) and the status is "Unlock Complete". To finish the iPhone unlock please "connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on" (Terms 8.1). If you still see a lock or an error, please reply with the exact error message or a photo of the phone screen and I’ll help troubleshoot. Quick note: Eligibility Checks are non‑refundable (Terms 7.3) and orders can’t be cancelled once paid (Terms 2.1). Thanks — Charlotte

dont get me wrong they did what they intended, but your they dont tell you is your first scan you pay for is the not just the only payment youll be making pay to see if phone compatiable and then have to pay in my case £49.99 to get it unlocked and however dont fully tell you that in can take upto 3 days plus to get unlock so when i found this out i requested a refund because i needed it quicker than they could offer, so i tried to reach support who up until asking for refund were on the the ball at responding ask for refund nothing and that was 3 days ago absolutely nothing heard this is copied and pasted from their email they sent about leaving them a review at the bottom of the email: " If you have a problem with your unlock, please don't leave us a bad review. Instead send us a message using the Support tab on your Tracking page and we will get back to you within 3 hours. " 3hours dont make me laugh heard nothing in 3 days, on their support chat after they had unlocked phone which is irrelevant now i sent a msg of why have i been ignored is it because im asking for a refund got a response in 4 mins unbielievable, and as i type this im on with Anna from their support page basically she has put sorry you felt ignored and we can complete your unlock now, no i want a response to my refund and s he put thr refund policy in it is states that if an unlock is completed and code delivered there isnt an automatic reigh to a refund well i asked for refund just 3 % in to unlock and got ignored until it was completed what a scam they have their real genious, so if you need unlocks in a hurry dont use these scammers

Hi — I’m really sorry you felt ignored and for the delay here. Your order shows Unlock Complete (placed 07 Nov 2025) and the unlock codes we delivered are: NCK=76055653 MCK=36606796 RGCK=00000000 EXTRA=69562202. I need to be clear about our policy: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable" and "Already Unlocked phones: No refund if you order an unlock for an already unlocked phone." The Refund Policy does allow a refund only if "Incorrect Unlocking Code: If, having worked with our technician to get the code to work, and we cannot get the code to work, you'll be refunded." Also, "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for." For non‑iPhones the completion step is to enter the codes we sent: "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" If the phone still asks for a code and any of the codes don't work, reply now and I’ll escalate to our technician immediately so we can try troubleshooting (and refund if we can’t get it working). If you just want faster help entering the codes, tell me and I’ll walk you through it or push this to a supervisor for a priority response. — Charlotte

I had bought a handset that was supposed to be unlocked to any network and when the handset arrived this wasn’t the case.as it was the weekend I couldn’t get anyone to unlock it.i found mobile unlocks for online and they’re service is brilliant and probably worked out cheaper in the long run.they had me sorted in no time.a great service.

Quick, clear steps for your Samsung Galaxy S9 (Non‑iPhone): 1. Power the phone off. 2. Insert a SIM from a different UK network (not Open/Vodafone). 3. Power the phone on. When prompted for an unlock code enter the NETWORK code first: 20916814. 4. If the phone asks for a "Service Provider" or similar use PROVIDER: 70129943. 5. If it asks for a defreeze/PUK enter DEFREEZE: 04950285. 6. Follow any on‑screen prompts; if accepted, restart the phone and test with the new SIM. Note: "An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device." Quick steps to try on your Galaxy A16 5G: 1. Power the phone off and insert a SIM from a different network (not Open Europe). - Important: "An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device." (Terms 7.4) 2. Power on. When you see a prompt such as "SIM Network Unlock PIN" / "Enter Network Unlock Code": - Enter the NCK first: 87442074. - If the phone says you’ve used too many attempts or asks for a master reset code, enter the MCK: 52797800. 3. RGCK/EXTRA are rarely needed for standard Samsung code entry; only use those if the phone requests them. If the phone never asks for a code after inserting the other network SIM, or you get a specific error message, please reply with the exact text shown and I’ll guide you the next step.

Una vez completado el desbloqueo, solo tendrás que conectar el iPhone a una red Wi-Fi y reiniciarlo para finalizar (consulta nuestras instrucciones). Por favor, intenta los pasos estándar para iPhone: "iPhones: conecta el teléfono a una red Wi-Fi y apágalo y vuélvelo a encender". Si esto no funciona, prueba con una tarjeta SIM de otra compañía y asegúrate de que el dispositivo no esté bloqueado por iCloud ni en la lista negra (esto impide su uso incluso después de desbloquearlo). Si aún no se desbloquea, por favor, responde con tu número de pedido y una breve descripción del problema para que pueda escalarlo.

My iPhone XS is unlocked! At first I thought it was a scam due to the multiple payments. If there is a way of advising customers of the total price on the first page that would be much more reassuring. The phone was unlocked pretty quickly, I’d say within 5 minutes of the final payment.
