Anna customer service was very responsive and explained that the unlocking process was delayed due to apple which again was not mobile locks issue. After numerous days of waiting phone was eventually unlocked but to be fair customer service kept me updated with everything which was very reassuring. “Fair enough, I was sceptical of the service at first but they got my Huawei P30 pro unlocked within hours of me ordering the service which I was incredibly grateful for!
All things considered the service is easy to use, the instructions are clear, and the response time of customer service was very good too. The price may seem high but I think it’s important to consider convenience - and I do believe it’s quicker than going directly to the carrier.

If it still shows locked, please reply with the exact lock message (or a screenshot) and the last 6 digits of your IMEI so I can check further. Note: if the phone is Activation Locked or blacklisted this will prevent use even after a sim-unlock — our policy states you must contact the owner for iCloud removal.
