“Although it unlocked in the end, after 7 days, I was stuck in a country with limited contact which was quite difficult. I cannot justify the $100 price for the unlock however. My network could have achieved this, but I was in a panic having no active sim.
I did however speak with Anna, who was very understanding and apologetic. A brilliant staff member in my opinion.”
