“The unlock process although it took a while to get the code it was an easy process.
I was kept informed of all the stages which was needed in order to get the code.
As EE who were my service providers at the time when I was using the phone were unable to assist with the process the "Mobile Unlock" site which I had chosen informed me that they were going to contact the phone manufacturer to see if they could assist with this procedure.
As the process was still stating that it would take up to 10 days with no certainty I contacted the helpline of the Mobile Unlock service and was asking if I would like it flagged up. I of course agree.
The very next day I received my unlock code with clear instructions on how to use the code on my phone.
The helpline is amazing and answered back immediately with clear and concise information ⭐

Please try this exactly:
- Power the phone off and insert a SIM from a different network (not Open Eesti).
- Power on. When it asks for a network/unlock code, enter NCK: 13256783.
- If it asks for a secondary code use MCK: 66795523 (RGCK/EXTRA only if the phone specifically requests those).
Important: enter codes carefully — too many wrong attempts can permanently block the phone.
