“Stay clear from this website and service. I paid £11 initially for some checks than in small print it says to actually do the unlock it’s a further £26. My phone is still locked to O2. Raised a ticket I had initial response after that nothing. Just go to a normal phone shop or get it done free from your network provider. £37 later and many hours phone is still locked. Very poor service. Never again scam artists.”
Hi Mr. Hussain,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. I'm sorry to hear about your frustration.
Firstly, I want to confirm that according to our system, your order status shows **"Unlock Complete."** This means your iPhone 11 Pro Max should now be unlocked from the O2 UK network.
Here's a quick guide to completing the unlock:
1. **Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi.**
2. **Turn the phone off and then on again.**
If you follow these steps and still encounter issues, please get in touch with our support team again, and we'll prioritize resolving this for you.
Regarding the costs, we strive for transparency. The initial **£11.99** was for the Eligibility Check, and the **£26** was for the Standard Unlock, both of which were outlined on the checkout page before your purchase.
I truly hope this information is helpful and leads to a positive resolution. We appreciate your feedback and are here to assist you every step of the way.
Best regards,
Charlotte
“Bought this for two of my phones. Both are still saying the SIM is locked and there is no one to call anyone. Connected support and they say they will respond in 3 hours but its been 24hrs and nothing. Most likely this is just a scam”
Hi Suzanne,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Firstly, I'd like to confirm that your order status for unlocking your iPhone 12 is marked as "Unlock Complete." This means the unlocking process for this phone has been successfully completed on our end.
For any issues you encounter with your phone still displaying that the SIM is locked, here are a few steps you can try:
1. Make sure your iPhone is connected to WiFi.
2. Turn your phone off and then back on.
3. Insert a SIM card from a different carrier to check if the phone accepts it.
If you have already tried this and your phone remains locked, it may be a specific issue that we need to address. Please provide a video showing the "SIM Locked" message as required in our [Refund Policy](#).
I apologize for the delayed response from our support team and assure you that this is not our standard practice. I will escalate this issue to ensure you get the assistance you need as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience, Suzanne.
Best regards,
Charlotte

“Great service and great communication with customer service. It took about a week to get sorted but was reassured it would be done. True to their word it was. Very easy done in the end. Would recommend them. Thanks”
“I recently used this service to unlock my mobile phone and paid $64.99. They claimed my phone was unlocked, but when I checked with my carrier, it was still locked. This service is a complete scam! Buyers beware, don't waste your money here. Terrible experience and no support to resolve the issue. Avoid at all costs!
After I left review
They left another instruction. I follow the instruction.
Still not working.

“Had a great service. Found MobileUnlocks on Google and decided to try them as having issues with unlocking my phone.
The unlocking code came almost immediately after verification checks were completed.”
