The cost of the full thing was difficult to see, I assumed it was £11.99. Was over £35 in total. Company should just be straight forward with pricing. Feels like I was trapped because that £11.99 initial payment is un-refundable.

Good service. How ever I didn’t like the fact that once you paid the first fee and they unlocked it that they still wanted more money after that so don’t be fooled by thinking the £11.99 is the only charge

It did finally work but was longer and more expensive that I expected! Took days, not hours. And €80 odd euros not €25 or so.
