“Wanted to unlock the SIM not phone. Charged £15 and then asked for a further payment of £30 to complete process which was not highlight. This cost me £45 to unlock a phone which was already unlocked. SIM is still locked. Not happy”

Since your status is Unlock Complete, please follow the iPhone unlock steps we send by email — as stated in our terms: “iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;” — then test with a non‑O2 SIM.
Quick checklist:
1. Connect the iPhone to Wi‑Fi.
2. Power it off, then back on.
3. Insert a SIM from a different network and test.
