“They should take up 1 or two hours to unlock my phone then they charge me a $106 to get it on line.They were set , it would take up to 6 days s an I asked for a refund, they refuse to give it back to me. Per our terms, "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for," and our Refund Policy states: "Not Eligible for Refund: Already Unlocked phones: No refund if you order an unlock for an already unlocked phone" and "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." Because the device was already unlocked by AT&T, that’s why a refund wasn’t issued.
