“I paid to unlock my phone and it said it would take 2 days and ended up taking just less than 2 weeks, I went to refund my purchase a couple of times but a lovely woman called Anna always talked me out of it and said to be patient and give it a couple days.
It was Easter bank holiday so I ended up being patient and my phone was very old so they had to contact the manufacturer but other than the wait it was very good, phone is working very well now and I can actually use my data and call and text people now”

Many apologies. Your phone required a Premium service due to not meeting carrier criteria. This was not known at the time of ordering and was only clear after running our Eligibility Check, which is a paid-for service.
