“MobileUnlocks was great. The communication was very clear (once the process had started) and the timeline was very quick (four days for me). I usually would use conventional, direct unlocking routes, but had previously waited over 15 days for Vodafone to independently do the unlock (which they still haven't managed), hence I am grateful for the prompt service from MobileUnlocks.
One thing to note is that MobileUnlocks have a two-stage payment system i.e., that you pay for the initial eligiblity checks (which are very prompt) and then the unlocking service. I would have liked to have been aware of this prior to starting the process, though it didn't stop me paying for the service.
