Mobile unlocks have have unlock my old phone after O2 failed to help me. It did take longer than expected but they did keep me informed.

This is seriously the best unlocking service I’ve ever used. The prompts were simple, the price was very fair, and the service was impeccably fast. This was one of the first unlocking service I found on the web, I was a bit sketchy at first but the reviews game me a peace of mind. This is also my first time unlocking a phone myself without having to go to a phone repair store to get it done. First time user, definitely will be back! This is definitely a much more efficient way to get your phone unlocked rather than taking time out of your day to go to a physical location to get it done. Prices were definitely cheaper doing it online. I can’t express enough how easy it was to get it done! The timeframe to get my phone unlocked was about 7 days, however it took less than an entire day, amazing! Definitely a returning customer, you guys rock!

MobileUnlocks was great. The communication was very clear (once the process had started) and the timeline was very quick (four days for me). I usually would use conventional, direct unlocking routes, but had previously waited over 15 days for Vodafone to independently do the unlock (which they still haven't managed), hence I am grateful for the prompt service from MobileUnlocks. One thing to note is that MobileUnlocks have a two-stage payment system i.e., that you pay for the initial eligiblity checks (which are very prompt) and then the unlocking service. I would have liked to have been aware of this prior to starting the process, though it didn't stop me paying for the service. Overall, I would recommend this service.

Apologies we didn't make the two-stage payment clearer up front — as our Terms state, "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for. Pre-orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order." Also, our Refund Policy notes, "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." Your order shows "Unlock Complete" — please follow the email instructions to finish the process (for non‑iPhones: "entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions"). Según nuestras condiciones: "Para dispositivos que no sean iPhone: introducir los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados según las instrucciones del correo electrónico". - Si el teléfono NO te pide un código, se requiere un desbloqueo remoto por USB: "Si tu teléfono no te pide un código de desbloqueo, tendrás que usar un desbloqueo remoto por USB". Went from EE to Asda, unlocking took quite sometime for me, probably because I have a phone that over 10 yrs old. Spoke to help via chat,( thanks Anna) very helpful. Now all good and phone now unlocked. Thank you.
