“My wife needed her phone unlocked from an old carrier we dont have access to from moving and we tried to have her phone unlocked by that carrier before with no luck. So she found mobile unlocks and we paid the initial $24.99 and found out it was going to cost and additional $54.00. We we very skeptical and I spoke with support on chat and they acknowledged my concerns but we went through and her phone is finally unlocked after two years of it being stuck with a carrier we no longer have access to.
