“Used this service to unlock phone. Took several days to unlock but and was on 99% for numerous days. Anna customer service was very responsive and explained that the unlocking process was delayed due to apple which again was not mobile locks issue. After numerous days of waiting phone was eventually unlocked but to be fair customer service kept me updated with everything which was very reassuring. “Fair enough, I was sceptical of the service at first but they got my Huawei P30 pro unlocked within hours of me ordering the service which I was incredibly grateful for!
All things considered the service is easy to use, the instructions are clear, and the response time of customer service was very good too. The price may seem high but I think it’s important to consider convenience - and I do believe it’s quicker than going directly to the carrier.
