“It took a little longer than expected. However my phone was unlocked and works. I wish they were more upfront with the first fee being an assessment fee and that there would be an unlock fee after the assessment. Otherwise the service was good. They communicated the delay and were working to unlock my phone as soon as possible.”

“I was very impressed with the service. It did take 15 days but every time I sent a message it was answered very quickly and I was very reassured.
