Según tu pedido (realizado el 7 de diciembre de 2025), el estado muestra: "El dispositivo no solicita el código de desbloqueo; lamentablemente, no es posible realizar un desbloqueo USB remoto". Esta situación está contemplada en nuestros términos: - Política de reembolso: "Comprobación de elegibilidad: Estas comprobaciones no son reembolsables". - Términos 7.6: "Los teléfonos Android que no soliciten un código recibirán un reembolso en forma de nota de crédito, debido a los costos de envío, para usar en un desbloqueo USB remoto, si ese servicio está disponible". - Términos 7.10: "Las notas de crédito se pueden usar en cualquier servicio de desbloqueo de SIM... simplemente haz clic en "Usar nota de crédito" en la página de pago al realizar la compra". Como tu A53 no solicitó el código y no es posible realizar un desbloqueo USB remoto, se emitió una nota de crédito en lugar de un reembolso con tarjeta. Lamento que no haya recibido una respuesta oportuna. Puedo escalar esto ahora y ayudarle a (a) volver a verificar si existe alguna opción de desbloqueo alternativa o (b) aplicar la nota de crédito a otro servicio.
