“Surprised that it worked and was relatively easy so 5 out of 5 for that. However, the price of £11.99 that I paid was misleading. Once the process has started (apparently eligibility checks on blacklist registers etc) you get a second payment screen to actually unlock! That was £26.99! When you click why you're being charged it said it was part of the terms of contract. At NO POINT is it made clear you're required to pay two separate charges or what that the £11.99 is an initial fee. It is misleading as if that the final price. It's probably a breach of consumer rights law in the UK and EU. You need to stop doing that. Just be honest!!!”
“This was easy to navigate BUT I was surprised by the second charge of $36.00USD after paying $15.00USD for a final code to unlock the phone. This may be in the fine print but shouldn’t be separated, by the time second charge comes up you’re already committed”
