I recently used MobileUnlocks to unlock my iPhone 13 Pro while travelling in Mexico so I could use my Nomad eSIM. The process itself was smooth and efficient — everything worked as promised, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. I appreciated being able to resolve the issue remotely without needing to visit a store or deal with complicated instructions. That said, I do feel it’s important to mention that the pricing wasn’t as transparent as I expected. I initially paid $24.99 and believed that covered the full service, but later discovered there was an additional $40 required to complete the unlock. I did go ahead with it because I was already mid‑process, but clearer upfront communication would have made the experience feel more trustworthy. Overall, the service delivered what I needed, just with room for improvement around clarity of costs.

I can confirm we received both payments (Eligibility Check $24.99 and Standard Unlock $40) and your order status shows "Unlock Complete." To finish on your iPhone 13 Pro just follow the normal iPhone steps: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" (Terms 8.1). I’m sorry the extra charge wasn’t clearer up front. Our terms do state that "Pre-orders' also referred to as 'Eligibility Checks' are not covered by our money back guarantee... There may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself, this will be stated on your order summary page prior to purchase." (Terms 7.3) Also, "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." (Refund Policy) I’ll pass your feedback on so we can make the pricing clearer. Sin duda Estafa, te cobran primero para checar si se puede desbloquear, después te dicen que si y te vuelven a cobrar lo doble que pagaste. Y al último solo te mandan códigos erróneos y al ingresarlo uno pierde oportunidades. Y lo peor no te dan reembolso.

Hola, lamento mucho que esto haya sido frustrante. Veo que tu pedido (G4 Play en AT&T México) se realizó el 25 de enero de 2026. Pagaste $19.99 (Verificación de Elegibilidad) y $44 (Desbloqueo Estándar) y el estado del pedido es Bloqueado Totalmente. Emitimos una nota de crédito para este pedido. Para explicar el motivo: nuestra Política de Reembolsos indica: "Verificación de Elegibilidad: Estas verificaciones no son reembolsables" y también indica: "Teléfonos Bloqueados Totalmente: Si tu teléfono está bloqueado por el operador, no se realizará ningún reembolso". Al mismo tiempo, nuestros Términos confirman: "Cualquier desbloqueo que la red indique Bloqueado Totalmente se reembolsará mediante una Nota de Crédito...". Por eso recibiste una nota de crédito en lugar de un reembolso con tarjeta. Dado que la red informa que el dispositivo está bloqueado totalmente, los códigos proporcionados no funcionarán. Si lo deseas, puedo: - aplicar la nota de crédito a un desbloqueo remoto por USB (si esa opción está disponible para tu dispositivo), o - ayudarte con los siguientes pasos para solicitar un desbloqueo oficial de AT&T México. Hice el proceso de desbloquear mi iphone 14 pro max, bloqueado por At&T , el proceso demora 5 dias aproximadamente, pero es seguro mi teléfono quedo desbloqueado.

Hi — Charlotte here. Sorry it’s still locked. I can see your order (placed Feb 2, 2026) status is "Unlock Complete." As our instructions state, "Completion of the unlock process is made by email notification..." and for iPhones you should try "connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" Please connect to WiFi, power the iPhone off and on, then try a different carrier SIM to confirm. If it still shows a message, reply with the exact message you see (or a photo) and I’ll investigate right away.

Me indicaron que me llegaria loa códigos en 7 dias tuve la pasciancia esperando los mismos que ya me llegaron los 4 códigos pero ninguno de ellos desbloquea mi telefono s25 ultra, sigue bloqueado y hasta el momento no he recibido ninguna otra solucion a pesar de aver enviado mi correo solicitando ayuda

Nuestro sistema muestra el estado de su pedido (realizado el 24 de enero de 2026) como "Desbloqueo completo" y los cuatro códigos que le proporcionamos son: 2445489112798312, 1230744761939424, 5941972052277749 y 8970384181103174. Comprobaciones rápidas para que podamos escalar el problema a un técnico y solucionarlo: - Confirme que insertó una tarjeta SIM incompatible (no de AT&T México) para que el teléfono solicite un código de desbloqueo de red. Según nuestros términos y condiciones: "Para dispositivos que no sean iPhone: ingrese los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados según las instrucciones del correo electrónico". - Indíqueme qué código(s) probó y el mensaje/error exacto que se mostró al ingresarlos. Si su teléfono nunca solicita un código, tenga en cuenta que "si su teléfono no solicita un código de desbloqueo antes del pago, no podremos desbloquear el dispositivo, pero sí incurriremos en costos de envío y, en su lugar, tendrá que usar un desbloqueo USB remoto...". Avíseme si es así. Responda con esos detalles (una foto o video corto del mensaje ayuda). Escalaré el caso a un técnico inmediatamente y trabajaremos con usted paso a paso.

After receiving a security update, my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra stopped recognizing my local SIM card. I started looking for ways to resolve the issue. A factory reset didn’t help, nor did a hard reset. While searching online, I found MobileUnlocks and contacted them. After diagnosing the device, they confirmed they could help. I then proceeded with the purchase. The entire process took around 3–4 hours, and my phone is now unlocked. I hope it remains unlocked even after future security updates. Mi dispositivo fue desbloqueado y al actualisarce se volvio a bloquear. Quisiera mi rembolso de nuevo. Ya que cada ves que se desbloquee y se actualice volvera a bloquearce de nuevo.

After trying to get my Phone unlocked from O2 without success, I then went to MobileUnlocks who after a week was able to get my iPhone 8 plus unlocked so that my Wife's Mother could use it on a different Network. I was kept informed and updated through the unlocking process.
