The phone was unlocked and is working great! It took about 9 days, but they kept me updated and responded to any queries I had straight away. The only thing I was a bit annoyed about was the unexpected charge after they ran the initial checks, I didn’t think it was very clear, but in the end the job was done perfectly.”
