A couple of important points from our terms:
- âEligibility Check: These checks are nonârefundable.â
- âAlready Unlocked phones: No refund if you order an unlock for an already unlocked phone.â
Since your status is Unlock Complete, please follow the iPhone unlock steps we send by email â as stated in our terms: âiPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;â â then test with a nonâO2 SIM.
Quick checklist:
1. Connect the iPhone to WiâFi.
2. Power it off, then back on.
3. Insert a SIM from a different network and test.
4. If it still wonât accept the SIM, tell me the exact error message you see (e.g., âSIM Not Supportedâ or âSIM Lockedâ) and Iâll escalate and help troubleshoot.
If you havenât received the unlock email, or the above steps donât work, reply with the exact message/screenshot and Iâll get this investigated right away.
