I pay for unlocking sim lock and been charged 11.99 what price is sensible to be honest but after some checks they asking for final payment of £26 to unlock phone. I don't pay that but they send me a unlocking code any way because I wanted cancel and get a full refund. I writing this review because they ask me to leave a review to get £10 back I hope they will do. Let see if they pay that money back.

Very quick service and straight forward to use. Far easier than going through the phone company. Added bonus was that using MobileUnlocks unlocked my phone immediately whereas my phone company would take 72hrs.

The step by step process was commendable. It made me confident that the unlocking of the SIM card would work. Unfortunately, my SIM card could not work on the Iphone. The message on the phone is no service. Am really dissapointed.

it shows that the phone fully unlocked but no any sim card works . tried to contact the support many times but unfortunately no reply at all .

Mi experiencia fue un robo. Solicité liberación de compañía y para proceder te obligan a pagar $600 Mx con una leyenda de desbloqueo iCloud, el cual no es desbloqueo iCloud, solo es un pago extra el cual es robo. Porque ya estaba autorizado el desbloqueo de compañía sin necesidad de ese cargo extra. No lo recomiendo.

Skeptical after being told my phone was unlocked, but it wasn’t. And all communication stopped. However, within 24hours I got a a message to perform a factory reset. Phone was unlocked and ready for use. So overall money well spent and I am deeply satisfied! Thank you!
