Pésimo servicio no me solucionaron mi problema. Me tocó a mí ir personalmente y hacer el proceso de desbloqueo en movistar. Además fue muy costoso para no tener solución

El código de desbloqueo no funcionó para a liberar mi teléfono, el soporte es pésimo, llevan ya casi el mes y no me resuelven envié evidencia de que el código no sirve y siguen sin responderme, prometen liberar el teléfono de manera inmediata y es mentira, los tiempos de espera son largos y el pago por dicho servicio no es nada barato, ya que pagué alrededor de 64 dls por el servicio, para que no sirva me parece muy negligente de su parte.

Pésimo servicio, me robaron la plata y no la han querido devolver, llevo casi 1 mes tratando que me devuelvan mi dinero y no se quieren reportar solo me salen con excusas pero no devuelven mi dinero. no confíen en este servicio. Muy mala, son 0 confiables.

La aplicación dice que el equipo está desbloqueado lo cual no es real, aún no reconoce la sim y las soluciones que dan son bastante malas por decir algo

I do not recommend it, a company that works by deceiving, they charge to do a first check to see if the phone can be unlocked, after that they say everything is ok and to continue you need to make a second payment, after that I received the confirmation email and the message from the website itself saying that the phone was completely unlocked as shown in the attached image. After several minutes of waiting I did everything they asked and the phone did not work, I contacted support and they simply said they could not do anything because the phone was on the blacklist. The phone stayed with me after the end of the contract and upgrade, it is not on the blacklist and now it is unlocked by the operator itself.

The unlocking codes were received after about 3 days , 7 codes . none working , support is repeatedly responding with automated messages. no updates on the codes , can't see any intentions of solving the issue , escalating with support , with the bank and will chase legal action if no solution given . Avoid at all cost !!!

Paid 2 lots of money to unlock my fone and then had the audaciity to want more to actual get it to work , at that point i discovered its a scam service

Be really careful and do not fall for the £10 refund promise, it will NEVER happen. There are loads of other companies that can unlock you device so go fo one of those and forget about MobileUnlocks as they are not serious about promises they give!
