I found the unlock experience very slow and whilst the communication kept me up to date with a 99% unlock for almost 3 weeks without any reasons, I am finally pleased to say the unlock has been successfully restored which is good news Good points are the support response. Bad points were the speed of unlock and repetitive excuses for a slow unlock which I started to think was a scam. Anyway my confidence has been restored and my phone is unlocked. Well done Mobile Unlocks

Unfortunately it didn’t work with my case but maybe only bad luck or that was not the certain problem as the reviews were so good on your service Anyways thanks for providing such great service

I hate leaving a negative review but it didn’t work for me. I’m not sure if I did everything right but no one has reached out to help. It says my iPad was successfully unlocked. I go to put in IMEI to add it to my current phone service it says it’s locked to another carrier. I see so many positive reviews for this website so I’m confused as to why I’m having issues?

Salut Filote Alexandru, ma bucur sa aud de la tine! Se pare că starea comenzii arată „Unlock Complete”, ceea ce înseamnă că iPhone 13 ar trebui să fie gata de utilizare fără restricții. Dacă întâmpinați probleme, asigurați-vă că telefonul este conectat la Wi-Fi și reporniți-l. Dacă întâmpinați în continuare probleme, anunțați-mă și vom parcurge împreună câțiva pași de depanare. Although it unlocked in the end, after 7 days, I was stuck in a country with limited contact which was quite difficult. I cannot justify the $100 price for the unlock however. My network could have achieved this, but I was in a panic having no active sim. I did however speak with Anna, who was very understanding and apologetic. A brilliant staff member in my opinion.

Pues la verdad me pareció muy mal que no avisaran del último cobro , ósea desde un principio deberían avisar cuanto es el cobro total de su servicio no cobrarlo en tres partes , porque igual me pareció algo más echo y pues aún tengo la señal bloqueada

The customer service was fast and responding. The mobile is still locked onto the network it was on before the change. It didn't work. It says its unlocked on your check but still not accepting any other sim card.

I realized after the fact that my phone was not network restricted but I was not made aware of it during the initial check. I tried to unlock it and it still said No Sim. Disappointed but I am willing to have another go at this with a locked phone I have. Hope 2nd times the charm LOL

Great service I used it to unlock my iPhone 14 it told me what was owed and allowed me To pay it it took 3 days but all and all it was good to go now I have an unlocked iPhone. 14 for under 100 bucks to unlock it could not beat that’

The step by step process was commendable. It made me confident that the unlocking of the SIM card would work. Unfortunately, my SIM card could not work on the Iphone. The message on the phone is no service. Am really dissapointed.

Mi experiencia fue un robo. Solicité liberación de compañía y para proceder te obligan a pagar $600 Mx con una leyenda de desbloqueo iCloud, el cual no es desbloqueo iCloud, solo es un pago extra el cual es robo. Porque ya estaba autorizado el desbloqueo de compañía sin necesidad de ese cargo extra. No lo recomiendo.
