“My favourite brand for shoes, boots and trainers! They are so comfortable, the leather is so luxurious and colours are so vibrant! Love the website, if you put something in your basket it will remind you that you haven’t checked out so you don’t lose the item!”

“Awful company to deal with . Returned an item on 6th April .. still no refund on 1st May despite me constantly chasing it . Keep being told it has been processed when clearly it hasn’t and now no one answering calls or emails. Strongly advise do not use this company.”

“Edulis camel leather shoes. Truly the most unwearable shoes I’ve ever purchased. There is a button at the back of the heel that digs in and makes these shoes impossible to wear.”

“These sandals are so beautiful and comfortable. I ordered the bright pink and sand. They are great , the size 8 is the right fit not tight ( I have gone up in size as I have a slightly wider foot).”

“I ordered a pair of leather ankle boots that were beautiful but too large . Having paid for a tracked first class return I have had neither a smaller size or refund . I have had no communication and sm so very disappointed. I will not recommend this site .”

“Absolutely dire customer service and care. Despite phones lines saying open, they are closed! Despite saying web chat, none available on website. Despite numerous emails, no contact! Delivery absolutely appalling, lead times are ridiculous and when it does arrive, different size shoes in box! Cannot make contact to resolve As a regular customer and long time purchaser at Moda in pelle, I will not be buying online again I am afraid if this is the standard of customer care”

“Fantastic Burgundy knee high boots. Beautiful colour. Good quality leather. Look like they will be very durable. Stretch back ideal for larger calves. Just as described. Bought in sale so excellent value. Very happy with this purchase.”

“Very disappointed. Boots arrived in damaged packaging. Appeared to have been tried before (and likely returned)! Ankle width so narrow unable to get foot into boot then had to pay to return a totally unusable item. Will not buy from Moda in Pelle again.”

“Tried on numerous occasions to contact phone lines closed or no one can’t take your call!! Emailed, done the online chat no one has got back to me! I’m waiting on a refund of over £200 that I returned the shoes to store on 23/3/2026. Really not happy as I can’t speak to anyone… BAD none existent customer services! Not recommended.”
