“Delivery was good and quicker than expected. White fire pit table has marks and unfinished material round the sides, not what I’d expect from such an expensive set. Strange business plan from the company which seem to have put the prices up every time I go on their website. The set I purchased was £3500 in December and has been incrementally increased to over £5000 and different colours cost differently. Seem every week a few hundred £ is added. Also was told by the chat team that a 13kg bottle is fine for the fire pit however the delivery team said the bottle is too big for safety reasons and have now lost £40 on a gas bottle deposit to change to smaller ones.”

“The products are fantastic and the delivery very effective. Both orders have been available earlier than expected. My only gripe is that when I ordered the storage boxes on the phone, I wasn’t alerted to the fact that they were self assembly. If I had know I would have booked premium service. The delivery guys were great and said they were easy to make up, plus there was a YouTube video available. I couldn’t find the video - can I suggest that this link is made more readily available. The boxes are not difficult to make up, but are challenging to make up without someone to help hold various sections in place while the screws are inserted.”

“Got delivery today of a BIRKIN 3+2 + 2 footstools and a coffee table. We could not be more happy or more confident to recommend Moda to anyone. Everything has been first class from the several phone calls b4 we ordered to the order being placed and then the very efficient delivery by John and Gary. We can confirm the BIRKIN was waterproof this afternoon after it’s first snow shower.”

“Very good quality furniture. We ordered a fire pit table and the instructions were useless so I had to figure everything out myself. It works fine though and is a nice feature. Better instructions are required though. Very happy overall with the purchase. Be prepared for a long lead time. The delivery guys Terry and Lewis were good.”
