“Quick and easy from ordering to delivery. Molly in the showroom was happy to talk through different options to fit into our space and Leon and Rob made the delivery seamless and super quick! This is our second Moda set and they last really well and so do the cushions, they are really well made!”

“Dave H & Craigo top blokes, called as promised 30 mins before delivery time and then carried the delivery into the back garden. They appeared happy to work for Moda although they could be good actors :-)”

“Very good is insufficient to describe the EXCELLENT experience we have had with Moda. From our initial visit to Caterham and our discussions with the outstanding Bella, who was so efficient and helpful without being pushy, to our delivery and assembly team of Pete and Paul who arrived ahead of time today and could not have been friendlier, cheerful and helpful. One small glitch was that the storage box lacked a fixing hole which they dealt with on a temporary basis and assured us that a new box would be delivered and assembled as soon as possible. The totality has been the best experience of customer service we have had for a very long time; I wish more companies followed such an policy.”

“Have had a few delays with delivery over the last few months but the two guys (Dave H and Craig O) who came to deliver my fire pit insert into my table we’re brilliant and went above and beyond. They have gone a long way in restoring my faith in Moda. The fire pit looks great too. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.”

“Love the furniture! Feels very solid and was easy to slot together. Delivery team were excellent (Pete & Paul)- efficient, quiet and tidy. There were delays in getting the furniture which were out of Moda’s control. However, it was only because I phoned that I found out that they had all of my order bar the table which was delayed by a further month (this is why four not five stars). They helpfully arranged for delivery of the items they had, and would then deliver the table separately when it arrived. Overall, very pleased.”
